Binddii 17th September 2025 Written Update on SerialGossip.in
The episode starts on Krishna Janmashtami. Kajal gives birth to a baby girl in Tihar Jail with the help of inmates and lady police officers. A devotee of Krishna outside the jail tells others that being born in jail is not a sin, but rather a sign that the child is born with a purpose to achieve. Jailor Bharati names the baby Binddii. She says Kajal brings noor (light) to the eyes, and Binddii adds light to the face, both being ornaments of beauty. Kajal feels happy seeing her daughter. Jailor ma’am introduces Binddii to the other female prisoners.
At night, Jailor Bharati comes to Kajal’s cell. Kajal says Binddii has just fallen asleep if she came to see her. But Bharati explains that according to rules, Binddii cannot stay with her mother in the cell at night. Kajal pleads with her, saying the baby will cry without her, but they do not listen and place Binddii in a cradle outside the cell. When Binddii cries, Kajal sings a lullaby for her. Kajal raises her daughter with the support of the inmates.
Kajal and the other prisoners shower Binddii with love. Binddii grows up in jail. One night, she gets scared of a thunderstorm and cries. Kajal, from her cell, consoles her. The next day, Binddii asks why they can’t sleep together in the same cell. Kajal gives her a doll and says, “Consider this as me whenever I’m not with you.” Binddii agrees.
After a few years, the Jailor announces on the microphone that some Delhi students are coming to do art work in the jail and asks everyone to support them. Later, the students arrive and begin painting. Binddii takes their paints and brushes and starts painting. Priya notices the missing paints and informs her friends. They find Binddii painting and ask her to stop wasting the paints. Kajal asks Binddii what she is doing. Binddii shows her a butterfly painting. The students and inmates praise her talent, calling her a fast learner. The students then ask why Binddii and her mother are in jail. To avoid the question, Kajal sends Binddii to wash her hands.
In the evening, Binddii thinks everyone has forgotten her birthday. But Kajal and the prisoners surprise her with a party. Later, the Jailor calls Kajal to her office. Kajal thanks Bharati for arranging the celebration. Bharati then informs her that it is time for Binddii to leave the jail, as children cannot stay there once they turn six. Kajal is shocked and asks why she was not told earlier. Bharati says she didn’t want Kajal to live every moment with the fear of losing her child. Kajal pleads, asking how Binddii will stay without her. Bharati explains it is the law and nothing can be done. Kajal requests to let Binddii sleep with her that night. Bharati agrees.
That night, Binddii happily sleeps with Kajal. Kajal tells her a story of a cow and a tiger. Binddii interrupts, saying, “You’re telling me this story because Jailor aunty is sending me away. I heard her telling you.” She insists she wants to stay in jail with her mother. Kajal explains it is not possible until her sentence ends. Binddii asks Kajal to come out with her. Kajal replies that it is not possible yet. Binddii then says, “You’re good, Mom, and I know you can never do anything wrong. I’ll study well and tell Kanoon Uncle (the law) that he did wrong by punishing you. I will free you from here.” Kajal gets emotional and sings her a lullaby.
The next morning, Kajal wakes up and searches for Binddii. Binddii returns and says, “You gave me a mom-doll, so now I’m giving you a Binddii-doll so you won’t feel alone.” Jailor Bharati brings clothes for Binddii, saying she will no longer wear jail clothes. Kajal dresses her up. Binddii packs her mom-doll. Bharati tells an NGO lady to admit Binddii to a good school as she is bright. The NGO lady agrees. Kajal then requests Bharati not to send Binddii to an orphanage, saying her family will take care of her. She gives Bharati an address in Mathura where Binddii will be safe.
Later, Binddii says to Kajal that Mathura is far away. Kajal explains she will be safe there and gives her three pieces of advice: never sleep without eating food, never leave the house where you are staying, and never take anything from strangers. Binddii agrees. Jailor says it’s time to leave as the weather is getting worse. Kajal and Binddii hug as it begins to rain. Prisoners hold umbrellas for them. Kajal sends Binddii with the Jailor. Everyone in Tihar Jail gets emotional seeing their separation. Binddii consoles Kajal, saying, “Don’t cry, Mom. It’s my promise—I will free you from jail.” The rain stops. The NGO lady takes Binddii away. Kajal breaks down in tears.
