The episode starts with Dayanand asking Aviraj to find the memory card. He also asks Aviraj about Kajal’s brother. Aviraj thinks that if Dayanand finds out Saurav is behind him, it will create trouble. He lies, saying that Saurav and his family have left Mathura. Dayanand asks if Saurav is going to meet Kajal in jail and whether he has checked the jail record book. Aviraj replies that Saurav is not meeting Kajal. Dayanand sends him to find the memory card.
Dayanand doubts whether Kajal’s family has found out that she is alive; otherwise, who would have sent her that letter? He worries that Kajal might tell the truth to her family.
The cab driver stops the cab and tells Sudha that there is a traffic jam in her area, so they need to get down there. They all get down. Sharad regains consciousness and puts the memory card in Bindi’s bag after noticing through the car’s peephole that Dayanand’s men are following him. The car leaves from there. Bindi tells Saurav that an astrologer predicted her wish would be fulfilled, so she feels her mother will be released soon.
Sudha, Saurav, and the kids enter the house. Sudha shouts that a thief has entered and shows everyone the shadow of a person. Advocate Damini Thakur comes downstairs and says she is a lawyer who received a call from this house, so she came. She asks who called her. Bindi says she called her after watching her interview on TV. Sudha asks Saurav not to hire any lawyer for his sister. Saurav asks her to calm down. Damini asks Sudha to get her tea, and Saurav sends her inside.
Dayanand tells Aviraj that they need the memory chip. Mahi enters and questions what chip they are talking about. Dayanand makes up a story to cover it. Mahi informs him that tomorrow there is an event at school, and the principal has invited him as the chief guest, so he needs to attend. Dayanand initially refuses, but later agrees on Aviraj’s insistence. Mahi leaves. Aviraj promises Dayanand that he will find the memory card and asks him not to worry.
Kajal goes to the kitchen and sees Mandira with burning wood. Mandira threatens Kajal to reveal what was written in the letter and why she burned it. She tries to harm Kajal. Just then, a constable arrives calling Kajal’s name. Mandira hides. The constable tells Kajal that her request to join the admin department has been approved by the jailor, so she must come along. Kajal leaves with her. Mandira thinks about how to find out what secret Kajal is hiding.
Saurav tells Damini that Bindi was born in jail, and Kajal has been imprisoned for the last 10 years. Kajal told them that the people who framed her are powerful and cannot be easily confronted. Saurav requests Damini to take Kajal’s case. Damini says she has studied the case and believes that someone intentionally added multiple charges to keep Kajal in jail for life, and she too feels Kajal was framed. Bindi prays to God to make Damini accept the case. Saurav pleads with her, and Damini finally agrees to fight Kajal’s case. She says she wants to meet Kajal. Saurav asks when they can meet her. While leaving, Damini says she won’t take any fee, but the court proceedings and junior lawyers’ charges will be around ₹20,000, so they need to arrange it. She promises to make Saurav’s sister celebrate Diwali with them. Sudha is shocked to hear this, but Saurav agrees to arrange the money.
One of Dayanand’s men asks Aviraj why he doesn’t become the boss since he does all the work. Aviraj warns him never to say that again and says he is grateful to Dayanand and will serve him till his last breath. Later, Aviraj stops the cab and realizes Sharad is missing from the trunk. He checks the cab’s video footage and sees Sharad putting the memory card into a school bag. He wonders who met Kajal in jail — Saurav or Sharad.

Precap: Aviraj demands Kajal to reveal the secret she is hiding. He tells Dayanand on call that the chip is in the school. The police arrive and start searching all the kids’ bags. Aviraj thinks about how to retrieve the chip before Police found it to save Dayanand.
