The episode starts with Kajal thinking, “I didn’t know back then that my marriage would become the reason for my destruction.”
In the past, Aviraj and Kajal enter the house. Pallavi performs the ritual and throws the kumkum at the doorstep, which falls on Kajal’s maang. Aviraj tells Pallavi, “You welcomed the new bride very well, bhabhi.” Pallavi blesses Kajal and says, “You came at the right time and received Maa Durga’s blessings.”
Devraj enters. Kajal thinks, “I felt Pallavi was like a goddess, but I didn’t know at that time that her husband Devraj was a rakshas.” Aviraj and Kajal take his blessings. Kajal notices blood on his hand, but Devraj brushes it off saying it’s kumkum.
Aviraj tells Kajal that Devraj is like a brother. Devraj remarks to Pallavi that Aviraj got married without informing them. Devraj and Pallavi ask Aviraj and Kajal to stay in their outhouse. Devraj adds, “If you feel it’s free to stay, then take responsibility for my pregnant wife.” Kajal agrees, thinking Pallavi is like family.
Later, Kajal waits for Aviraj. When he arrives, she notices blood on his hand. He calls it a normal injury and gifts her a gajra. They share a romantic moment, and Kajal recalls, “At that time, I ignored the blood and was unaware of their criminal past.” That night, they consummate their marriage.
Kajal thinks, “Later, Pallavi was blessed with a baby boy. I happily distributed sweets, but I didn’t notice Pallavi lost in deep thoughts.” On that day, Kajal offered sweets to Devraj, who shamelessly placed his hand on her and said he wanted her. She lashed out at him and decided to expose Devraj to Aviraj and Pallavi.
Devraj later goes to Pallavi’s room. She ignores him. Devraj forces her to eat a sweet. She feels dizzy, her throat burns, and she struggles to drink water. Devraj reveals, “I married you only for your father’s property. He transferred everything to your name. Now you have given me an heir, and with your death, the property will be mine. So die.” He pushes her as she tries to call Kajal.
Kajal arrives and finds Pallavi collapsed on the floor. She confronts Devraj, “You killed your wife for property. I will get you jailed.” She locks him in the room and calls the police.
However, Devraj and Aviraj mislead the police, blaming Kajal for Pallavi’s death. Aviraj lies, saying, “Kajal was jealous of Pallavi’s luxuries, so she killed her.” Kajal pleads with him to stop lying and protecting Devraj, but the police believe them and arrest her for Pallavi’s murder. Kajal thinks, “Now I won’t let their shadow fall on my daughter.”
Meanwhile, Bindi wakes up early to prepare homemade food for Kajal and decides to cook a sweet dish. Binddi sneaks into the kitchen and looks around. Binddi thinks if she woke up Sudha now she will scold her.
Binddi thinks someone is behind her and she sees Saurav. Saurav asks Binddi why isn’t she sleeping. Binddi says to Saurav that she isn’t able to sleep so she thought of making a dessert for Kajal but he doesn’t know what she likes. Saurav says Kajal likes Resam ki Barfi. Binddi asks Saurav if he will make it. Saurav agrees and puts forth a condition that Sudha shouldn’t know. Binddi agrees.
Saurav and Binddi prepare Resam Ki Barfi and they put it in a box. Sudha wakes up and she sees Saurav cleaning the plate and asks Saurav what is he doing. Saurav says he came here to drink water and he saw a plate dirty so he is cleaning it. Sudha asks Gaurav to go to sleep and says she will take care of these things. Saurav agrees. Saurav goes to sleep with Sudha and he sneakily gives the box to Binddi who is hiding from Sudha and leaves from there. Binddi later hides the box.
In the jail, Kajal looks at the food that is thrown into the cell. Binddi recalls how she was thrown in jail for the charge of murder. It is shown Kajal attempts suicide in jail by she fails and a doctor comes to check her and she learns she is pregnant. Kajal decides to live for Binddi. Kajal later comes out of her dream.
Kajal thinks after 16 hours she is going to meet Binddi and she hopes she will meet her mother also and she will tell her Binddi is in danger.

Precap:- Kajal eagerly waits to meet Binddi. Kanchan comes to jail as the new jailer and she talks to Binddi and Saurav. Kajal sees Kanchan and she thinks Kanchan should not know Binddi lives in Mathura.
