The episode starts with Aviraj sending Bablu near Saurav and Damini to overhear their conversation. Bablu goes close and realizes that they are planning to reopen the case. He returns to Aviraj and informs him that they are planning to reopen Kajal’s case. Aviraj asks him to search their bags as they might be carrying a chip.
Aviraj throws a stone at a tea vendor, causing the hot tea to spill on his hand. Everyone rushes to check if the tea vendor is okay. Bindi arrives and goes to bring some cool water. Meanwhile, Aviraj doesn’t notice her carrying a bag. He starts searching Damini’s bag for the chip but doesn’t find anything. Bindi brings cool water and pours it on the tea vendor’s hand. Aviraj signals Bablu, and they quietly leave from there. The tea vendor feels relieved after Bindi pours water on his hand.
Damini tells Saurav that they can bring Kajal out on parole. Aviraj overhears it and thinks it’s risky for him and Dayanand. Aviraj says they also need to search Kajal’s place as she might have some evidence.
Dayanand visits the hospital and asks the doctor to leave, saying he wants to talk to Kanchan privately. After the doctor leaves, Dayanand asks Kanchan why she came to meet him and what important matter she wanted to discuss before her accident. He says he will settle her life with money, so she should tell him the truth.
Ladli tells Sudha that Mahi is coming to their house. Sudha thinks Mahi is from a rich family and decides to stay in his good books. Bindi tells Shubham that Damini said she will bring her mother out on parole. Shubham asks what parole means, but Bindi says she doesn’t know. Sudha warns Bindi not to talk about court matters at home. Upset, Bindi leaves. Mahi arrives, and Sudha warmly welcomes him. She offers to bring him pakodas, and Mahi calls her sweet. Shubham teases his mother, but Sudha warns him softly and leaves. Mahi then asks Shubham about Bindi.
Kanchan starts talking incoherently about Kajal and Bindi, sounding like a mental patient. Dayanand calls the doctor and asks her to check Kanchan. The doctor examines her and says Kanchan is in a traumatic state after the accident and will take time to recover completely. Dayanand gets furious.
Kajal thinks about how, for the first time, Bindi asked about her father. She worries that she can’t tell her the truth since Bindi is too young to understand. At home, Bindi cries, thinking her father sent her mother to jail. She recalls Kajal’s words telling her to study hard and become someone great. Looking at her drawing, Bindi imagines her father and recalls saying that her father must be someone great who helps others. Talking to her doll, Bindi expresses her sadness.
Kajal lights diyas for Diwali. The jailer sees her and praises her artwork. Later, the jailer tells Kajal that a few prisoners are unwell and asks if she can manage all the orders. Kajal assures her not to worry and says she will complete everything.
While working, glitter falls into Kajal’s eyes. Aviraj comes and tries to remove it. Kajal struggles and tries to leave, but Aviraj pins her against the wall. He decides to find out the truth today.

Bindi tells her friend Mahi that she wants to know about her father. Mahi says he will help her. Bindi tells him that Kajal made her promise not to talk about her father. Mahi reminds her that Kajal took the oath from Bindi, not from him. He assures Bindi that he will help her find her father. Bindi agrees and thanks him.
