The episode starts with Aviraj thinking that he needs to go to the police station to release Kajal. Bablu tries to stop Aviraj from leaving the hospital, but Aviraj pushes him aside. Damini tells Kajal that Sharad is Pallavi’s brother and asks Sharad to reveal the whole truth. Sharad explains to Kajal how he found Pallavi’s confession video on her phone and saw how Dayanand killed Pallavi. He adds that he confronted Dayanand, and then Aviraj tried to kill him. Sharad warns Kajal not to trust Aviraj. Kajal collapses, and Damini along with the disguised Sharad leave the scene.
Dayanand’s henchman calls him to inform that Aviraj has regained consciousness and is being stubborn about leaving. Mahi overhears the conversation and immediately calls Bindi with the good news. Bindi feels happy.
Bindi then calls Saurav to inform him that Aviraj has regained consciousness. Saurav asks how she knows, and Bindi says that Mahi informed her. Saurav abruptly cuts the call and tells Kajal that Aviraj has regained consciousness. Kajal remarks that Dayanand was correct, but Saurav warns her never to expect anything from Aviraj. Kajal thinks that Aviraj has betrayed her again and broken his promise.
At the hospital, Dayanand stops Aviraj and acts relieved, saying, “Glad you’re fine.” He shows Aviraj his mother in a wheelchair as a gift. Aviraj gets emotional and hugs her, asking how she is here. Dayanand says, “A mother’s heart knows when her child is in danger.” He asks Aviraj’s mother to stay with him at the hospital rather than elsewhere. Aviraj’s mother thanks Dayanand for his help and follows his instructions to continue their drama. She tells Aviraj that she met Kajal and noticed her Niyati has changed. She reminds him not to forget that she is alive because Dayanand took care of her treatment and calls him their God. Dayanand tells Aviraj to focus on recovering first before leaving the hospital. Aviraj agrees, while Dayanand thinks to himself, I know you want to release Kajal, but I won’t let that happen.
Sudha serves good food to her kids and Bindi. Shubham and Ladli are surprised by their mother’s affectionate behavior toward Bindi. Sudha decides to tell Bindi that Aviraj is her father and plans to get Kajal to sign the property papers. Bindi packs her tiffin and leaves to meet Aviraj at the hospital. Sudha asks Shubham to give water to Bindi, but Shubham informs her that Bindi has already left.
Aviraj tells Dayanand that he now thinks they should prove Kajal’s innocence and free her from jail, assuming she won’t go against them afterward. Dayanand restrains his anger. Aviraj’s mother scolds him for going against Dayanand for Kajal and asks if he knows what Kajal wants. Aviraj asks what, and his mother says that Kajal wants to marry Dayanand and is creating chaos between him and Dayanand. A shocked Aviraj listens as Dayanand hands him divorce papers, claiming that Kajal sent them. Aviraj is stunned.
