The episode starts with Dayanand telling the judge that Pallavi appears in his dreams and that her soul is not at peace because, although Pallavi considered Kajal her sister, Kajal murdered Pallavi. Dayanand says Pallavi’s soul will only find peace if her murderer is punished, so Kajal’s bail should not be granted.
Ladli, while on a call, asks her friend to finish her homework on time, promising to give her whatever she wants in return. She sees Bindi and Shubham coming home and calls Sudha to show them. Sudha arrives and asks where they had gone. Shubham says Bindi performed parikrama for Kajal. Sudha scolds her and sends them inside. Ladli then asks Sudha to go to court and keep an eye on Damini and Dayanand. Sudha decides to go.
Damini questions Dayanand, saying, “You call yourself a Samaj Sudharak (social reformer), yet you’re behaving unfairly with Kajal.” Damini argues that Kajal has already served half her sentence and deserves a chance at redemption. Dayanand says it’s up to the judge. Damini adds that even Dayanand agrees Kajal deserves parole, as she hasn’t applied for bail in the past ten years. Dayanand then urges the judge to hear Kajal’s husband Aviraj’s statement before deciding on parole.
Mahi visits Bindi’s house and sees her praying to Lord Krishna with injured feet. Mahi prays to God to fulfill Bindi’s wishes.
Aviraj arrives at court on his bike just as Sudha reaches in an auto. Their vehicles collide. Aviraj tries to leave, but Sudha stops him. Meanwhile, Dayanand waits for Aviraj. Kajal worries she won’t get bail if Aviraj shows up. The judge asks for the next witness. Damini accuses Dayanand of wasting time. Dayanand requests more time, and his assistant tries calling Aviraj, but he doesn’t answer.
Sudha tells Aviraj that they can no longer take care of his and Kajal’s nishani (symbol of their relationship). Aviraj is confused and asks what she means. The judge reminds Dayanand that time is running out. The prosecutor requests a short extension. Damini pleads with the judge to grant Kajal ten days of bail, citing her good behavior in prison. The judge approves the parole and adjourns the court. Dayanand is shocked.
Aviraj angrily asks Sudha if she’s lost her mind. Sudha reveals she’s talking about his and Kajal’s child, saying he must take responsibility and take the child from their house. Aviraj stands stunned.
