The episode starts with Narottam saying that he will confess everything after Sagar rashly drives the vehicle in which Narottam is tied up. So Sagar stops the vehicle, and he orders Narottam to confess the truth. Narottam admits that he is behind the fake earthquake. The villagers get shocked. They all commands on Narottam. But Raja Bairagi steps in and accuses Sagar for forcing Narottam to admit the mistake he didn’t commit it. While Mannu hears the conversation between the doctor and Acharya Ji about Yug’s condition. So she goes to Acharya Ji and assures him nothing will happen to Yug. She then asks Ramdoot to accompany her to the Mata Rani temple in their farm to save Yug. Ramdoot advises her not to do anything such because Bairagi is unnecessarily accusing her. Mannu remains firm in her decision, and she takes Ramdoot with her.
In the panchayat, Raja Bairagi badly criticises both Sagar and Maniki. A furious Sagar chokes Raja Bairagi for his commands on Maniki. He threatens Raja Bairagi. Meanwhile, Maniki prays to Mata Rani to save Yug. On the other side, Acharya Ji gets worried seeing the condition of Yug. The doctor receives a call from the ambulance driver who is stuck not knowing about the hospital’s location. He then hears the bell sound, which gives him hope that someone is here. He meets Mannu and Ramdoot through them he learns about the hospitals location. The kids also join the ambulance driver to the hospital.
Here, Raja Bairagi continues his allegations against Sagar and Mannu despite being choked by Sagar. He also asks Sagar why the latter is unnecessarily accusing him. He further demands an answer from Sagar for his allegations. Sagar tells everyone that Raja Bairagi’s true intention is to snatch their land and house. Raja Bairagi gets shocked, but he pretends and says that he is affluent, so why does he want the Lodhi’s farm and the house. He repeatedly mocks them.
Sagar loses his cool, so he charges at Raja Bairagi, and he warns him not to say anything against his daughter Mannu. But Raja Bairagi refuses. Meanwhile, the ambulance got stuck, so the driver’s face struggles to drive further. Both Mannu and Ramdoot try to help him, but their efforts go vain. So a worried Mannu prays to God, and then she finds a way to help the ambulance come out of the pit. Both Mannu and Ramdoot gets succeed in their mission.
Afterward, the ambulance driver receives a call from his house, so he gives the oxygen cylinder to Mannu and then leaves. Ramdoot advises Mannu to think about her family, but Mannu determines to save Yug at any cost. Ramdoot leaves from there to bring Sagar or Jhujar from the panchayat. But both Vimal and Kamal see him and try to abduct him, but Ramdoot overpower them and escape from their clutches. He then informs Sagar and others about Yug’s state. Everyone gets shocked. Here, Mannu decides to take the oxygen cylinder to the hospital on her own, but she falls down. Mata Rani appears and gives strength to Mannu. Mannu gets happy.
Precap: Raja Bairagi blames the Lodhi’s, and he asks the villagers to throw the Lodhi’s from the village, but Acharya Ji steps in favor of the Lodhi’s shocking Raja Bairagi.
