Chashni 16th April 2023 Written Update: Roshni decides to bring Raunaq and Sumer closer

The episode starts with Chandni getting angry at Gautam for molesting Roshni. She drags him outside. Roshni tries to stop Chandni. Babbars gather in the hall. Meher questions Chandni why she is crossing her limits. Chandni tells everyone that Gautam was trying to molest Roshni in kitchen. Sanjot tells her not to speak nonsense. Chandni says they won’t believe but Roshni can tell the truth. However Roshni apologizes to Gautam on behalf of Chandni. She says Chandni is jealous of her being married in a rich family that’s why she keeps coming there to do drama.

Roshni apologises again and says Chandni its enough of drama. Chandni feels shattered and leaves. Chandni recalls how Gautam molested Roshni but she herself apologised. She wondered how Roshni has become so weak. Roshni thinks its all because of Chandni that she has to suffer so much and bear everything to stay inside Babbar’s house or else Chandni had brought her on the road and made her homeless. Chandni thinks why Roshni is sacrificing so much and bearing everything. Roshni sees Raunaq’ and Avantika’s picture frame on the table and picks up to see it. Sumer comes there and out of fear Roshni drops it.

Roshni tries to pick up the broken frame but Sumer stops her. He says he doesn’t like interference of others in his personal matters. He says some relationship stay as memories and she even broke that. Sumer picks up the photo and broken glass pricks him. Roshni thinks Sumer’s face shows how much he misses Raunaq. Meher feels angry about Gautam being disrespected. Sanjot tells her to calm down and reminds her that she and Sanjot have all the rights because Raunaq is away. She says only she knows what she has done to keep Raunaq away from Sumer and asks Meher not to do anything to spoil everything.

Roshni is shown overhearing their conversation. Chandni calls Raj and tells him about Roshni marrying Sumer. She requests him to help her find out why she did so. Raj assures Chandni that he will help her as he is soon shifting to Delhi to work with Sumer. Roshni decides to bring back Raunaq home and try to reduce the misunderstandings between him and Sumer so that she can finish Sanjot’s chapter and gain power as well as status of being Mrs Roshni Babbar.

Chandni comes to police station to get FIR against her taken back but officer denies doing so. Raunaq comes there and teases her. She shows his video of bribing the officer to do so and warns police about losing his job. He immediately says Chandni’s work will be done. Chandni asks Raunaq to stop their daily fights as he has already taken away Roshni from her. Roshni gifts Sumer the photo nicely framed again. He apologizes to her for being rude. Sumer tells Roshni he will never accept her as his wife. Sanjot and Meher bring cake and wish Sumer for his birthday. The episode ends with Roshni trying to feed cake to Sumer but he stops her.
