Chashni 20th April 2023 Written Update: Sumer decides to get Raunaq and Chandni married

The episode starts with Raunaq threatening Chandni. He tells he isn’t Sumer Babbar who will do anything to save his reputation instead he can go to any extent just to torture her. Chandni tells him what kind of behavior is he doing. He teases her back saying that is his love since she is his lady luck. Raunaq says he to stay away. Chandni says he has started this game by fake love and now she will end it by taking it till marriage. Raunaq accepts her challenge and leaves. As soon as he comes out he gets surrounded by media.

Media questions Raunaq since he came to meet Chandni, if they should believe whatever Chandni said was true. They ask if hotel is the meeting spot for them. Raunaq gets hyper and shouts at them saying none of the claim is true. He says Chandni is lying about it. They say both father and son are alike. Sumer has married a 20 year younger girl and if this is the reason why Raunaq’s mother had left him. Raunaq loses his temper hearing his mother’s name and gets into fight with the media reporters. Chandni sees the situation and thinks she didn’t know the case will go to this extent.

Babbars watch news about Raunaq getting into fight with media when he came to meet Chandni. Sanjot taunts Roshni and says Chandni has made their life difficult since she came. Roshni apologises to Sumer. Sumer says he has seen enough world and he knows Chandni was not lying. The way she confessed her love looking into his eyes he is sure she was saying truth. He asks Roshni about the same. Roshni goes into flashback when she used to tease Chandni about Raunaq. Sumer tells he got his answer.

Roshni tells Sumer that she won’t allow Chandni to come into Babbar house. Sumer tells he didn’t mean this instead he wants her to convince Raunaq to marry Chandni as he doesn’t want any girl’s life to be spoiled by Raunaq. Roshni thinks she won’t let Chandni’s plan to be successful. Sumer talks to Raunaq and says even though he thinks him as villain of his life but he has never hurt feelings of any girl. Sumer asks Raunaq to marry Chandni and give her respect she deserves. Raunaq denies and asks him to stay out of his life.

Raunaq is about to leave Babbar house when Roshni stops him. She tells to agree to marry Chandni and let her think her plan got successful but him and Roshni will torture her so much that she will leave in few days. Chandni is talking to nani and dadi. Sumer, Raunaq and Roshni come there followed by media. Raunaq announces to media that he and Chandni are getting married next week. Sumer tells Roshni to give shagun to Chandni. Roshni hugs Chandni and makes her wear bangles. Roshni addresses her as daughter in law and asks her to touch her feet. Chandni hesitantly bends down but Roshni then stops her and mocks her. Raunaq challenges Chandni that she will herself run away from marriage. The episode ends with Chandni saying she has to enter Babbar house to save Roshni.

Precap Raunaq will think he will do something which will make Sumer cancel his engagement with Chandni. Sumer will be dancing and will fall unconscious.
