The episode starts with nurse coming and Roshni shouts at her that her sister’s arm cannot be amputated. She gets violent and starts shouting at Nirbhay when he tries to intervene. He tells he has called famous surgeon Dr Shetty. Roshni asks him not to interfere. Raunaq calms Roshni, grandma tells she will sign form for operation as she cannot she Chandni fighting for life and waiting for doctor who isn’t even there. When Nirbhay says about Dr Shetty, the present gets surprised and says his appointment is difficult how did he get it, Nirbhay says he is his friend’s uncle.

However doctor continues to say that Dr Shetty charges fees in lakhs. Raunaq tells them not to worry about expenses as he will pay the bill. Roshni sits beside Chandni and tries to console her by saying medicine is already working well for her. Chandni tells her not to lie. Roshni encourages her and reminds her she is fighter and tells her to have courage till doctor is coming. Chandni suddenly starts hyperventilating. Doctor asks everyone to leave and puts on mask for oxygen supply. Doctor comes and tell them that Chandni doesn’t have much time.

Grandma signs the form and tells him to go ahead with surgery. Roshni tries to call Nirbhay and Raunaq to come soon with Dr Shetty. Chandni is taken to OT. They come with Dr Shetty and rush to stop the surgery. After the operation, everyone gets emotional and happy. Nirbhay asks Roshni to forgive him but she is reluctant to do so and asks him to leave. Grandmas thank Raunaq for saving Chandni, he jokes and says they both are his favorite. Manav also thanks him for stopping a big disaster to happen in their lives. Chandni smiles happily looking at him.

Niraj is shown denying to agree to a property deal he tells how he won’t let Sumer take his property confidently. Sumer comes there and shows his property papers and shows him how he will go bankrupt and commit suicide. He threatens him and warns him. Niraj asks for forgiveness and loses to Sumer. Police informs Chandni and her family that Jogi and Raj have escaped from jail. Jogi and Raj gets happy that they dissolved matter before it reached their boss. Sumer calls them and they say sorry for delaying pub deal as there was small problem.

Sumer tells he knows it is Chandni Chopra and they even got jailed because of her. He tells he will meet Chandni soon. Roshni comes to meet Nirbhay at club and sees him drinking. She asks where is he going. He says he will go and kill both Raj and Jogi. Roshni has a breakdown and tells him that Chandni is fighting with live because of their relationship and asks him to breakup. Nirbhay asks Roshni to give him one chance but she denies. Nirbhay feels broken as Roshni leaves from there. The episode ends with Roshni crying.
