Chashni 29th April 2023 Written Update: Dadi finds truth about Manav replacing Raunaq as groom

The episode starts with Manav waiting in room in Raunaq’s sherwani. Dadi comes there with shows and knocks the door. He gets nervous and opens the door. She says he is already wearing the shehra. Dadi asks him to wear the mojris and gets shocked when she realizes its Manav and not Raunaq. Chopras and Babbars greet each other. Sanjot insults their gifts by calling them cheap. Sanjay gives Sumer gift too. Sumer tells always everyone gives him expensive gifts to impress him but for the first time he feels someone has gifted him with love. Sanjot feels annoyed.

Sanjay gives gift to Roshni too who opens and sees its one of the anklets. She recalls how Chandni and Roshni use to wear one each and Sanjay had gifted it to them saying they should always be one just like pair of the anklets. Meher asks why there is only one. Sanjay tells Roshni knows its importance very well and he hopes both his daughters can stay united. Roshni feels emotional. Dadi is about to remove Manav’s shehra when Sumer enters the room and tells that priest is calling bride and groom and takes Manav along.

Roshni comes to meet Chandni and mocks Chandni calling her to be daughter in law. Roshni tells she is finally winning by siting in mandap with Raunaq. Chandni says she can go to any extent to protect Roshni and the day Roshni left Chashni, Chandni died too. They have war of words and Chandni says may the best player win. Roshni takes her to mandap and makes her sit next to Manav. Raunaq is enjoying popcorn in his room. Priest says to pick up shehra and put Tilak on groom’s forehead. Dadi does tilak without lifting the shehra. She thinks Chandni will stay happier with Manav.

Manav tells dadi that he wants to go to washroom and goes with her. Chandni calls Vandana and tells she wants to correct her dupatta. Raunaq who is watching them thinks why both of them left mandap. Manav comes and tells Raunaq that dadi already knows about him being there in Raunaq’s place but didn’t say anything. Raunaq tells because she wants him to marry Chandni and tells him to be careful about. Chandni is also sitting with her face covered. Marriage rituals begins.

Roshni does the gathbandhan and smirks happily. Priest asks bride and groom to take pheras. Raj who is going to get something from room hears Raunaq laughing from his room but leaves to get envelope Meher asked for without checking. Raunaq tells on call to Roshni to correct Manav’s shehra or else their plan will fail. Raj who was passing by overhears the same. He thinks he need to inform about this to Chandni. Marriage rituals proceed. Raunaq sees Raj leaving and attacks him with vase to stop him. The episode ends with Manav putting sindoor on Chandni’s forehead.

Precap Raunaq will come to mandap shocking everyone. Sumer will ask what is he doing there. He will remove Manav’s shehra and address him as Chandni’s lover and boyfriend.
