The episode starts with Chandni looking around to find who had dropped the letter for her. Sanjot recalls how Sumer praised Chandni and gave Nirbhay’s land to Roshni. She sees all of his certificate and trophies and thinks all achievements of Sumer are because of her and she won’t let Chopra sisters take her place as most important person in Sumer’s life. Sanjot thinks to do anything possible to maintain her position. Chandni worriedly looks around when she finds Raunaq in kitchen talking to Chitra’s photo on his phone.
Raunaq cries and says he is very lonely and doesn’t have anyone to share his feelings with. Chandni feels emotional overhearing his words. He tells its Chitra’s birthday and every year they used to celebrate it with so much happiness but now she left him. He sits and cuts Chitra’s favorite pastry and wishes her for birthday. Chandni cries and leaves from there when she collides with Nisha. Nisha asks if she is also feeling disturbed seeing Raunaq’s state. She tells he misses Chitra a lot. When she was alive whole family used to celebrate birthday together in typical south Indian style.
Nisha tells Chandni that she wishes do the same celebration for Chitra but doesn’t have much knowledge about south Indian culture. Dadi and Nani get into argument about Chandni’s marriage with Raunaq. Sanjot comes to Sumer’s room to give him business file but she finds only Roshni there. She asks Roshni about Sumer, and asks her to tell him to meet her once he is back. Roshni tells her to give her the file and she will give it to Sumer. Sanjot taunts her about lack of business knowledge and says to focus on her saas bahu drama or else Chandni will overtake her.
Sumer and Sanjot come to hall and get shocked to see Chitra’s photo and decorations there. Nisha comes wearing south Indian saree. Sumer questions her what’s going on. Sanjot angrily asks who did all this. Chandni also there dressed in south Indian saree and tells she did it. Roshni thinks Sumer is angry and gets happy but Sumer smiles happily and thanks Chandni for decorating Babbar house this way after so many years. He tells because of all the commotions at house he forgot Chitra’s birthday but feels good to see Chandni did all the arrangements.
Nisha tells they have ordered Chitra’s favorite cake too. Sumer says they all will cut it together. Raunaq comes there and blasts on Chandni for crossing her limits. Sumer gets angry on Raunaq and both of them get into argument. Raunaq blames him for showing fake love and cheating Chitra. Sumer tells its not true and he always loved and respected Chitra but Raunaq doesn’t believe any of his words and tells him not to involve Chitra. The episode ends with Sanjot warning to keep Chitra away from all this as it will backfire on her.
Precap Sanjot will provoke Roshni against Chandni. Roshni will stop Raunaq from leaving the house and instigate him to take revenge from Chandni. Raunaq will pin Chandni to wall and question her for using Chitra’s name to impress Sumer.
