Chashni 9th April 2023 Written Update: Police informs Chandni about Nirbhay’s death

The episode starts with Chandni coming to buy vegetables. Ladies from society ask her why police came to her house, they gossip about Nirbhay being bad person who killed someone and how he burnt his club himself for getting insurance money. They say how young girls easily fall for such men and run away from home. They start badmouthing Roshni. Chandni shouts and stops them from saying anything against Roshni. She asks if she should tell truth about the society people and shuts them. Chandni tells them to know the truth properly before trying to point fingers at Roshni.

Chandni sees Vandana and Bindu overhearing their conversation. Vandana loses her control and tells Chandni she doesn’t want to stay there. She says to remove previous allegations they needed 15 years and this time may be it will take long enough to finish her life. Chandni and Bindu calms her down. Chandni says she knows Vandana has problem with her being firefighter but she promises to bring back Roshni home at any cost. Once Roshni is back she will explain her the truth and even society will ask them for forgiveness like before but she hopes she doesn’t get too late in fundi them.

Chandni and Manav meet their senior who appreciates Chandni for her honesty. He tells Tarun has been suspended from duty and based on footage Natasha has been jailed. Senior also tells Chandni is promoted to Tarun’s post. Manav smiles happily. Chandni recalls how Roshni had said she is about to clear her government exam and once both sisters go out wearing uniform the society will feel ashamed of themselves. Raunaq sees Chandni worriedly trying to contact Roshni’s friends. He thinks she should feel the pain of separation from sister just like Raunaq did.

Police comes to Chandni’s house. Chandni asks them if they found out information about Roshni and Nirbhay. Police tells about Roshni’s last location being near resturant and they found Nirbhay’s dead body in truck. Inspector says Nirbhay was shot by Jogi and person with Nirbhay has killed Jogi. Chandni asks who said them all this. Raj comes there and says how Jogi was impulsive since Nirbhay’s club was burnt and he had tried to stop him but all this happened. Chandni asks police to hand over Nirbhay’s body to her so that she can do final rites.

Raj asks Chandni for forgiveness and tells he will help her whenever needed. Raunaq feels guilty and breaksdown. He says he didn’t want to do all this, all he wanted was to take revenge but never at expense of Roshni and Nirbhay and hopes Roshni is fine. Roshni is at police station and lady inspector tells her she is Delhi. Roshni lies about her name and overhears police talking about handing over Nirbhay’s body to his family. Roshni cries seeing his dead body being taken. The episode ends with Roshni saying Chandni doesn’t have right to do last rites for Nirbhay and she won’t let it happen.

Precap Roshni will challenge Chandni that she will finish her. Raunaq will confess to Chandni that he is one behind everything and had suggested Nirbhay to burn the club and separated Roshni from her.
