The episode starts with Nupur takes kids to the hospital in moving Cart recalling her moments with them than she calls Doctor. Doctor asks her what. She explains him how they fell unconcious after eating chocolates. Doctors takes them to emergency room. Nurse asks her about names of kids and asks her to sign papers. Tai won’t allow her to sign and she blames Nupur for feeding poison to kids and she is overprotective of Chikoo leaving her own daughter.
Milind says Nupur can never discriminate as she is mom. Kamini and Subodh to blames Nupur and they says they won’t trust Nupur until she gets treated. Nupur says I love Payal and everyone saw how much I waited for my daughter. Kamini says than you left her for Chikoo.
Nupur says please Mom, Tell them that they are misunderstanding as i never ignored my Payal for Chikoo. Savitri asks Nupur to leave for sometime saying they are angry with her and questions why she didn’t using the second Chance god gave you. Nupur says she didn’t do anything intentionally. Savitri asks her to leave.

Doctor says it’s matter of food poisoning and they will be fine once toxin is removed from their body. Reporters asks if they can save everyone. Doctor stays silent and leaves.
Milind takes Nupur aside. Nupur says why Doctor was silent, I’m bad mother. Milind says you’re not and I will prove that you’re innocent to everyone so come inside with me as Payal needs us. Tai asks why he brought her again. Milind says she is mother of kids and you can’t snatch her right, so she will stay here and take care of kids. Savitri says i said to Principal that we will pay the bills of kids. Tai asks Nupur to concentrate on Payal leaving Chikoo. Doctor comesout and asks them to meet Payal who gained her consciousness.
Family members meets Payal and she avoids Nupur. Nupur asks if she want to have anything. Mini says she won’t take anything from her hand. Milind asks her to not talk to her Mom in this way. Tai supports Payal. She asks Nupur to leave. Nupur leaves. Milind tells to Mini that she didn’t behaved good with her Mom. Nupur comesout and notices Chikoo health is getting deteriorating and she wants to go inside but police stops her by arresting her. Milind and Nupur says she is innocent but they sont leave her. Doctor says they have to keep Chikoo in ventilator. Nupur runs to room and
assures Chikoo that she is with her.
Nurse says Chikoo pulse is getting stable. Police asks her to come with them. Nupur says she won’t leave until her daughter comesout of danger. Milind asks them to not arrest her but whole family against Nupur do police asks Nupur to come with them. Nupur goes with Police which fluctuates Chikoo pulse. Nurse informs them about it
