Episode begins with Seher tries to stop the Police but Police starts dancing with Rajveer. She understands that Rajveer did all this to reduce her nervousness. She asks him that how can he do all this for her. He tells her that this is nothing in front of her happy face. He makes her sit on a chair and kneels down in front of her. He tells her that he knows that they were forced to marry each other but they are together now. He asks her that will she become a mother of his child. She gets emotional and hugs him.
On the other hand, Badi B tells Param and Karan that Seher preparing herself for pregnancy. She tells them that yesterday night also Didiji tried to win Seher’s trust. She stops talking seeing Rimple and Didiji there. In the hospital, Rajveer and Seher gets nervous and prepares themselves for the procedure. Gayatri tells them that Seher’s BP is normal but not Rajveer’s. She asks him to stay calm.
Rimple asks Badi B that what the latter hiding from them. Didiji asks her to not talk like that to their guest and Badi B is not the person who hides anything. Badi B taunts her. Didiji suggests that they will make pickles for Seher and she takes her from there.
Rajveer holds Seher’s hand and pleads Gayatri that he wants to stay beside Seher. Gayatri asks Seher to breathe because she is going to start the procedure. Seher asks Rajveer to promise that he won’t leave her even though she becomes fat. He promises to her. Gayatri asks Seher to relax and not move. Rajveer diverts Seher’s mind and he asks her to not get afraid because he is with her and places a kiss on her forehead. She recalls the moments she shared with him. She wonders that what’s happening with her and is she falling for him. Gayatri finishes the procedure and congratulates Rajveer and Seher. Rajveer and Seher congratulates each other. She hugs him and they gets emotional. She thinks that first time she is feeling like this for him. He thinks that he never thought this day will come in his life.
Rimple puts something in the luggage. Gayatri calls Didiji and informs her that she finished her work. She tells her that she just gave multivitamin injection to Seher and she dropped Rajveer’s sample in the dustbin. Didiji gets happy and thanks her and hurts her finger in excitement. Badi B notices that and asks her that why the latter seems this much excited.
Didiji tells her that she controls her family. Rimple tells Didiji that she finished the work. Badi B asks them that what are they doing. Didiji asks her that how can the latter expect that she will share her plan with her. Meanwhile, Rajveer and Seher leaves the hospital. Seher gets worried when few people tries to kidnap Rajveer. They shocks seeing Didiji’s voice message. They learns that Didiji sending them for honeymoon.
