Episode begins with Karan gets injured when Param pushed him and he loses his consciousness. Seher asks them to call the Doctor. Rajveer tells her that they can’t wait until Doctor comes so they has to take him to hospital. He puts Karan in his car and Seher sits beside Karan. He recalls that how his Doctor warned him to not driver because any time he can lose his eyesight. Kulwant and others follows them in another car. Harleen tells Param that it was not his mistake so he should not go to hospital. Param tells her that he loves Karan and he won’t be able to face his parents if anything happens to Karan then and he can’t forgive himself too.
Seher asks Rajveer to drive fast because Karan’s bleeding is not stopping. She cries saying that she won’t let anything happen to Karan. She pleads him to open his eyes. Kulwant asks her son to drive the car fast. Harleen asks Param to not forget that Karan started the fight and the latter just did everything in self defense. She tells him that she won’t let anyone blame him.
Rajveer’s eyesight becomes blurry and he struggles to drive properly. He stops the car in the middle of the road and gets out of it. Seher asks him that what is he doing when they has to reach the hospital. She tells him to drive. He prays God to help him. Someone touches his shoulder and gives prasad to him. Rajveer eats it and his eyesight becomes fine. He thanks that person and he gets in the car and gives the prasad to Seher. He tells her that nothing will happen to Karan and drives the car fastly. Kulwant and others prays for Karan.
Meanwhile, Param asks God to save Karan. Harleen asks him to think about himself and it’s just an accident so he need not to blame himself. He tells her that he fought with Karan because he didn’t like the way Karan talked with her and also he don’t like what she is saying now. He says to her that Karan is his brother and it won’t change. Rajveer and Seher admits Karan in the hospital. Seher asks Nurse to call the Doctor. Kulwant and others comes there. Seher cries hugging Kulwant.
Rajveer tells God that he did wrong and asks him to not punish Karan for his mistake. Doctor asks them that who is ready to donate blood. Param comes there and tells him that he will donate. Seher tells him that she knows that he will come. He tells her that they promised to stay together always. Harleen tells herself that Param and Seher has been brainwashed and she decides to make Param the solo owner of Gill properties. Seher and Param donates blood. Rajveer also donates blood without anyone’s knowledge.
Harleen reaches the hospital. Bittu asks Kulwant to not react because they has to pray for Karan now. Harleen tells herself that she won’t let Karan become the part of Gill family and she won’t let anything wrong happen with Param. Seher learns that someone else also donated blood and she moves the other side to see that person.
