Episode begins with Trilochan asks the Photographer to click big picture. Meher tells them that after photoshoot they will visit temple to celebrate their family day. Photographer asks them to take their position. Meher asks Ajay to bring something and he brings Jagga and Amrit’s picture and she announces that now her family gets completed and gets emotional so Sarab makes her smile and the Photographer clicks their picture.
NGO person calls Sarab and tells him that Kids want to take fund from his hand so he tells her that he will reach there. Seher hears him and asks him that where is he going now when they should leave for temple. He tells her that he will return soon and asks others to go to temple saying that he will reach temple after visiting NGO. Meher tells him that she will accompany him and he agrees to take her. Seher asks them to return soon.
After some time, Meher asks Sarab to look at the road while driving instead of her face. He tells her that she is his moon so it’s hard to not look at her. They decides to not fight with each other. He tells her that he likes it when she fights with him for silly reasons. She tells him that if he is with her then she feels like God is with her. He tells her that he want to retire so he can romance with her always and he want to travel the world with her.
She tells him that she also want to travel with him. He tells her that he won’t leave her no matter what and holds her hand. She notices the truck and screams Sarab’s name and they meets with an accident. Public calls the ambulance. Ambulance staff puts Sarab and Meher on the structure and they doesn’t leave each other’s hand.
Gill family reaches the hospital and Kids runs towards Meher and Sarab. Doctor treats Sarab and Meher. Seher recalls that how Sarab promised to return soon and tells him that he lied to her and recalls that how Meher said that it’s a family day and tells her that it’s not a family day and if they don’t return to her then she won’t talk to them.
Harleen and Kulwant asks Doctor to save Meher and Sarab. Doctor tells them that he can’t say anything now because they lost so much blood. Seher pleads him to save her parents. Sarab and Meher regains their consciousness and talks with each other with struggle and recalls the moments they shared with each other. They gets worried for their Kids. Kids enters the room and cries seeing Sarab and Meher. Sarab and Meher advices Kids to stay together always and not fight with each other and God will protect them.
