Episode begins with Chandrika asking Guruji to tell a solution for dosha. Guruji tells Chandrika that name-changing is the only solution they have. She tells him she will talk to Karishma. He gives puja plate to her and blesses her.
Meanwhile, Karishma asks Kavita how she can calm down. She says she won’t change her name no matter what. Kavita tells Karishma that it’s just a name. Karishma tells Kavita that it’s her identity, and she likes her name. Kavita says Karishma’s this small sacrifice will give everything. She orders Karishma to change the game. She adds that Karishma will get the Chauhan surname, and that’s enough. Avinash sees them. He gives thanks to God for the dosha. He asks God to cancel the marriage.
Chandrika comes there. Kavita asks Chandrika what Guruji said. Chandrika says Guruji will write a letter for Karishma’s new name. She tells Karishma that they don’t have any other choice. Kavita tells Chandrika that Karishma doesn’t have any problems. Karishma tells Chandrika that she can do anything for her and Avinash happy marriage life. Chandrika says she is sure her choice is right. They leave from there.
After some time, Chandrika asks God to protect her family. She says she wants Avinash to fulfill his responsibility like Prabhat. On the other hand, Prabhat feels uneasy and hits his car on the tree.
Later, Savitri tells Chandrika about Prabhat’s accident. They reach the hospital. Devansh and others also come there. They get shocked seeing Vasudha there. Sarika says Vasudha is unlucky for them. Karishma says Vasudha dropped the puja plate in the temple, which is abshagun. Hanumant tells Vasudha to leave from there. Sarika throws Vasudha out of the hospital.
Chandrika asks the doctor about Prabhat. Doctor tells Chandrika that Prabhat is out of danger. He says Prabhat got admitted on time; that’s why he could save Prabhat. Chandrika says thanks to the doctor. She asks Prabhat why he went alone. Avinash asks Prabhat what’s the reason for the heart attack. Prabhat tells Avinash life is unpredictable. He says he got another life today. Chandrika asks him who admitted him to the hospital. He reveals Vasudha saved her.
In the past, Vasudha saw Prabhat unconscious inside the car. She opens the door and tells him nothing will happen to him. She asks him to open his eyes but gets no response from him. She stops the car and requests the driver to help her save Prabhat’s life.
In the present Prabhat tells Chandrika that he is alive today because of Vasudha. Chandrika tells Devansh to talk to the doctor about discharge.
After some time, everyone enters Chauhan Mansion. Devansh tells Prabhat that he should have gone with the latter for drive. Prabhat tells Devansh that God sent Vasudha. Devansh asks Savitri where is Vasudha. Meanwhile, Vasudha cleans the temple and asks God to save Prabhat.
Chandrika tells Hanumant that he saved her and Devansh in the past, and today Vasudha saved Prabhat’s life. She tells Savitri to call Vasudha to work in the kitchen. She asks Devansh to prepare a contract. She tells Prabhat that he should take rest and takes him inside. Sarika tells herself she won’t stay silent.
