The episode begins with the doctor informing Anubhav that they need Savi’s husband or a family member’s signature to proceed with her critical surgery. Anubhav considers calling Rajat but stops, recalling Savi’s words that she signed the divorce papers and no longer wants to be associated with Rajat. Meanwhile, at home, Isha is worried about Savi. Anubhav calls Isha and informs her about Savi’s accident and critical condition, urging her to come to the hospital immediately. Isha rushes to Shantanu, informing him about Savi’s accident. Bhagyashree anxiously asks about Savi’s condition, but Isha angrily tells her to stay quiet. Sai overhears and asks if her mother has met with an accident. Isha remains silent and leaves with Shantanu, while Bhagyashree tries to comfort Sai.
Rajat searches around the hospital in confusion. Raju calls Rajat and informs him that Savi is in the city hospital. Rajat rushes there, intending to meet Savi, but Anubhav stops him, accusing him of ruining Savi’s life. He questions Rajat’s relationship with Savi, to which Rajat replies, “Savi is my wife.” Anubhav retorts, reminding Rajat that he called Savi characterless and that she had thrown divorce papers at him. He firmly declares that he won’t allow Rajat near Savi. Rajat questions Anubhav’s authority to stop him, and Anubhav responds, “I’m her childhood friend.” Tensions escalate as they grab each other’s collars and create a scene. The doctor intervenes, breaking up their argument, and asks Anubhav to arrange blood urgently, as Savi’s condition is critical. Anubhav contacts his team and secures the required blood. Rajat asks about Savi’s blood group, but Anubhav ignores him.
Rajat tries to explain that he cares for Savi, but Anubhav rebukes him, saying, “You don’t even know your wife’s blood group. Stop pretending you care about her!” He further questions Rajat about Savi’s dreams and goals, asking if he knows anything about her struggles after her parents’ death. Anubhav reveals that Savi aspired to become an IAS officer and accuses Rajat of being clueless about her life. “Savi knows everything about you, but you know nothing about her,” Anubhav declares. He calls Rajat the worst person he has ever met. Anubhav’s employee arrives with AB-negative blood, and Anubhav sends it into the operation room. Rajat realizes it’s his blood group and argues that he could have donated it if informed. Anubhav dismisses him, saying Savi doesn’t need his blood.
The family arrives at the hospital and questions Anubhav about Savi’s condition. He takes Isha to sign the consent form for the surgery.
Later, the doctor informs the family that Savi’s condition is critical, and her chances of survival are very low. Everyone breaks down in tears. Isha confronts Rajat, blaming him for ruining her daughter’s life. Anubhav tries to calm her, but Shantanu admits his regret for getting Savi married to Rajat. He calls Rajat heartless and vows never to forgive him if something happens to Savi. Raju scolds Rajat, accusing him of being the reason for Savi’s critical condition, and orders him to leave the hospital. Rajat recalls the times he insulted Savi.
Sai calls Rajat, asking to speak with Savi. Rajat lies, saying Savi is sleeping. Sai asks him to tie a sacred thread (dhaga) on Savi’s wrist, believing it will help her recover. Rajat reflects on Sai’s words and decides to follow her advice.
