The episode starts with Alisha surprises Dev and he asks her what she is doing. Alisha tells Dev that she has brought appetizers,main course,drink and herself for his birthday. Dev tells Alisha that he doesn’t want anything. Alisha assures Dev that she hasn’t mixed anything in the drink and for that she takes the first sip. Dev refuses to drink but Alisha forces him but Dev throws the glass. Dev wants to leave but Alisha stops him. Dev tells Alisha that she will feel bored to have him in her life but Alisha tells Dev that she is happy with him. Alisha tells Dev she knows he is not happy with Mannat and she tells him to handle everything. Alisha comes closer to Dev and Dev continuously stops Alisha. Dev reminds Alisha that he is already married and he will not do anything according to her. Alisha tells Dev that she will not leave him but Dev wants to go. Alisha wants a price to let Dev go and she wants a kiss but Dev stops Alisha. Dev gets held tight by Alisha but Dev slaps her. Dev tells Alisha she is wrong and he walks away. Alisha is not angry with Dev and she wants Dev to get divorce Mannat.
Sakshi tells Raju to clean the garden and Raju tells Sakshi that the work is done. Sakshi tells Raju to keep the boxes in the house. Poonam tells Sakshi that Dada ji already had breakfast and Sakshi tells Poonam to bring the thali. Sakshi learns from Aditi that Mannat has done all the work since morning. Sakshi tells Aditi she has changed like Dev and she reminds her about her medicines. Mannat tells Sakshi that she has bought the medicine for her and she requests her to take the medicine. Sakshi slams Mannat and refuses to take the medicine. Aditi console Mannat and Dev listen to the conversation.
Geeta tells Ranvijay to get ready because today is his birthday. Ranvijay tells Geeta that he doesn’t want to get ready. Ranvijay takes the blessings of Chandra Tai and sits on the sofa. Falak and Sehar wish Ranvijay but still he is not happy. Swami gives a lollipop to Ranvijay to calm him down but Ranvijay is eagerly waiting for Mannat to wish him. Swami tells Ranvijay that everyone is gathered outside to wish him.
Dev asks Mannat why her phone is switched off. Dev thinks that Mannat hasn’t spoken to her family members. Dev asks Mannat to give him a favour and he wants to take her out for some work. Mannat makes excuses but Dev somehow convinces Mannat. Dev sits in the front seat and Mannat sits in the back seat. Dev stops the car and he keeps something in the car storage. Mannat sees that Dev is taking her to her Mayka.
Chandra Tai serves halwa to Ranvijay but he is upset because Mannat hasn’t wished him because he always gets the first wish from Mannat.
Mannat asks Dev why he brings her but Dev insists her to go inside. Ranvijay tells Chandra Tai that it doesn’t mean Mannat will break the alliance after the marriage. Ranvijay gets happy to see Mannat and Mannat realises that today is her father’s birthday. Ranvijay requests Mannat to wish him and finally Mannat wishes him. Ranvijay hugs Mannat. Dev also wishes Ranvijay and Ranvijay takes them inside the house. Dev tells Mannat to give the gift to the father which she has chosen for him. Ranvijay tells Mannat that her plan was to surprise him. Dev tells Ranvijay that it took so long to come to buy the gift. Ranvijay tells Geeta that his Mannat’s gift is the best. Dev asks Ranvijay to open the gifts. Ranvijay opens the gift and finds a clothes and gold ring.
