The episode begins with Samrat selling tea to villagers in the early morning (the title song plays in the background). He goes to the house. Kishmish wakes up and hugs Samrat. Samrat tells her to leave him because he has to go for work. Kishmish asks him why he is working on Rakshabandhan day. Samrat asks her how he can earn money if he took leave today then. He says he can’t buy a gift for her without money. Kishmish asks him where her gift is and starts searching for it. She tells him that Champa was buying a new kurta for Manveer. Samrat says it’s wrong to eavesdrop. Kishmish asks him not to scold her on Rakshabandhan day. Samrat tells her to go and get ready, and they will celebrate Rakshabandhan together later. Kishmish goes inside.
After some time, Samrat thinks he has to sell so many teacups before evening to buy Kishmish’s favorite sandal. He sees the milkman and asks for milk. The milkman says Samrat has not paid for the last two months’ milk yet. Samrat says he will pay soon and buys milk. The milkman asks why Samrat is suffering like this for illegitimate daughter Kishmish. Samrat tells him that everyone will be proud of Kishmish one day and that day Bawridevi will accept Kishmish.
On the other side, Bawridevi wakes up due to a nightmare. Champa comes there and reminds about the event that Bawridevi arranged for the Rakshabandhan celebration.
Meanwhile, Kishmish sees the burnt food and says it was made by Samrat with love. She sees Susheela giving food to Manveer. She signals Susheela to give her curd. Susheela tries to give curd to Kishmish without anyone’s knowledge. But Manveer sees Kishmish stealing curd. He tells Kishmish that she is stealing and badmouthingSamrat. Kishmish gets angry hearing this and gets into an argument with him. Manveer ruins the rangoli.
Bawridevi scolds Manveer for going to that side. Kishmish tells Bawridevi that Manveer ruined her rangoli and he badmouthed Samrat too.
Customers ask Samrat to do it fast. They complain that Samrat is working slowly. Manveer comes there with his friends and asks for tea from Samrat. Samrat says Manveer never drinks tea. Manveer asks Samrat to do the work. Samrat gives tea to Manveer and his friends. Manveer insults Samrat and leaves from there after throwing money for tea. Samrat takes money from the ground. Bawridevi tells Samrat that he is insulting her by taking money from the ground. Samrat tells her that it’s his hard-earned money. Bawridevi tells her that she arranged the event today, but Samrat is doing this. Samrat says he can sell milk using that event.
Later, Bawridevi scolds Manveer for insulting Samrat. She tells Champa to handle Manveer and goes inside. Champa tells Manveer to mess with Kishmish, not Samrat. The event begins. Samrat sells tea to the guests.
Manveer says sorry to Kishmish. He says he will fulfill Kishmish’s wish if she does what he tells her to do then. Kishmish says she wants a kurta for Samrat. Manveer makes Kishmish wear a slate in which Kalmuhi is written. Kishmish goes to the stage and says she is Kalmuhi. Bawridevi thinks Kishmish is insulting her. Champa understands Manveer is behind this. She tells Manveer to take Kishmish out. Samrat and Deepu see Kishmish.
