The episode begins with Kishmish sees Samrat and Karishma fighting. She asks them to calm down and not fight. Samrat sees the admission letter on Kishmish and reads it. He asks her why she lied about the admission date. He asks whether anyone forced her to take this decision. Kishmish tells him that it was her decision. And she wants him to focus on his marriage life. Samrat recalls how Karishma said she wants to be his top priority. He asks Karishma whether she is behind this. Kishmish asks him to stop accusing Karishma. She tells him to lead a happy married life with Karishma if he wants her to fulfill her dream then.
The next day, Kishmish tells Samrat that this is best for everyone. Samrat asks her to take care of herself and call him. Kishmish hugs him and asks him to take care of himself. Samrat keeps Kishmish’s luggage in the car. Kishmish gets in the car and leaves from there.
Karishma picks up Dadi’s call and learns about Dushyant’s engagement. She asks Samrat whether he will accompany her to attend Dushyant’s engagement. Samrat tells her that she is shameless. He blames her for Kishmish’s decision.
Dushyant looks at Kishmish’s photos. He recalls how Kishmish said she is leaving for Bangalore in two days.
Samrat and Karishma get in the car. Karan comes out of his hiding spot and sees this. Samrat realizes the brake is not working. Karishma asks him to drive slowly. Samrat’s car meets with an accident with another car.
Kishmish recalls the moments she spent with Samrat and cries (the title song plays in the background). She reaches the station. She feels restless. She calls Samrat, but there is no response from the other side. She asks God to take care of Samrat. Deepu comes there and tells Kishmish about Samrat’s car accident. He takes her to the hospital.
Kishmish sees Samrat and Karishma in an unconscious state. Deepu tells her that Samrat and Karishma survived. But in the other car, Dushyant’s fiancee and family were there, and they died.
Dadi asks why it happened with Dushyant again. She says first Dushyant’s wife died and now his fiancée died. She asks who was in the other car. Karan tells Manveer that he broke the brake wire. Manveer says it’s just a beginning.
Karishma regains her consciousness. She tells Juhi thanks for saving her life. She asks Juhi to save Samrat too. Kishmish says Karishma is toxic. And she blames Karishma for the accident. Bawridevi blames Karishma for Samrat’s condition. She strangled Karishma. Juhi asks Bawridevi to stop it. She says Samrat is out of danger and needs rest. Manveer comes there and says Samrat will end up in jail in a few minutes. He reveals Samrat killed Dushyant’s fiancee and her family. Kishmish says it was an accident. Manveer tells her to go and see what’s happening in Panchayat.
