The episode begins with Samrat telling Deepu thanks for telling him that he has to get an appointment from Dr. Praveen by sending an email. He sends a lot of emails to Dr. Praveen. Meanwhile, Dr. Praveen notices his email inbox is filled with Samrat’s emails.
After some time, Susheela tells Samrat to sleep on the bed. Samrat tells her that he has to get an appointment for Kishmish from Dr. Praveen, so he can’t sleep. He asks how to convince Bawridevi because she is angry. Susheela tells him she will help him.
The next day, Samrat gives the world’s best dadi mug to Bawridevi. He apologized to her for yesterday. Bawridevi thinks Samrat wants to gain her trust, and he forgot about going to Mumbai. She tells him that he made her happy, so he gets what he wants. Samrat says he found Dr. Praveen, who lives in Mumbai. He asks her to help him get an appointment with Dr. Praveen. Bawridevi says she doesn’t know anyone from Mumbai. Bela comes there and says she knows Bawridevi will fulfill Samrat’s wish.
Samrat tells Bawridevi that the village doctor refused to treat Kishmish, and Bela helped him. He asks Bawridevi whether she will accompany him to Mumbai. Bawridevi agrees to go with him. She asks him to get an appointment first. Samrat gets happy hearing this and says Bawridevi is the world’s best dadi. He goes inside. Bawridevi asks Bela whether the latter is crazy. She says Bela is moving towards death. Bela leaves from there. Bawridevi plans to transfer Bela to another village. She asks Champa to tell Ratan to arrange her meeting with MLA.
Samrat gets an appointment for Kishmish from Dr. Praveen. He tells Kishmish that they are going to Mumbai. He goes to Bawridevi and tells her that he got an appointment. He says they should meet Dr. Praveen after 3 days, and they can’t miss this appointment. Manveer calls Bawridevi using a voice-changing app and tells her to come to the MLA office. Champa praises Manveer.
Bawridevi tells Samrat that they will talk about going to Mumbai later. She leaves from there. Champa tells Samrat that Kishmish won’t be able to hear again. She says Bawridevi won’t accompany Samrat to Mumbai. And says Bawridevi always makes excuses in Kishmish matters.
Later, Champa asks Ratan not to enter the house tonight. Ratan asks her what her plan is. Champa says she is fighting to snatch Manveer’s rights.
Samrat decides to take Kishmish to Mumbai alone. He packs his and Kishmish’s things. Deepu asks how Samrat can go to Mumbai alone. Samrat says he doesn’t have any other choice. Neelu says Mumbai is a big city. Samrat says he will go by train. Manveer hears everything.
Samrat tells Bela to book a ticket for him. Bela says it’s dangerous to go alone. Samrat convinces Bela. Bela says Kishmish is lucky to get a brother like Samrat. She agrees to book a ticket. Samrat says thanks to her.
