The episode begins with Samrat thinks he should reach the hospital as soon as possible. He says sorry to Kishmish for not protecting the money. He feels bad that he can’t buy milk for Kishmish. He sees a lady drop the purse and gives the money to her. That lady appreciates Samrat. She says God will bless Kishmish too and leaves from there. Samrat recalls how he got the appointment and gets the address of the hospital.
After some time, Samrat meets a man who agrees to stitch his bag. He tells his story to that man. He says he has to reach the hospital as soon as possible, or else he has to wait for three more months, but he can’t wait that long. That man tells his taxi driver friend to drop Samrat at the hospital. The taxi driver agrees. Samrat takes that man’s blessings and gets in the taxi. He hopes he reaches the hospital on time. Kids who were already sitting in the taxi play with Kishmish.
Kishmish starts crying. A kid asks why Kishmish is crying. Samrat says Kishmish did not drink milk because he does not have money. Kids say they have money. A kid tells the taxi driver to stop the taxi and buys milk for Kishmish. Samrat says thanks to those kids. He gives milk to Kishmish. The taxi driver drops Samrat off at the hospital. Samrat says thanks to him. Meanwhile, Bawridevi reaches Mumbai. She tells his men to use Samrat’s photo to find him.
Samrat enters the hospital and tells the receptionist that he had an appointment at 10am. The receptionist tells him that he is late now and Dr. Praveen is busy. She says now Samrat will get an appointment after three months. Samrat tells her that his money got stolen. Hospital staff identifies Samrat and asks Samrat to fill out the form and pay the fees. Samrat tells him that his money got stolen. He says he failed to protect his money, but Kishmish can’t be punished for that. He begs to convince Dr. Praveen.
Dr. Praveen comes there. Samrat tells his issue to Dr. Praveen. He begs Dr. Praveen to treat Kishmish. Dr. Praveen asks why only he should treat Kishmish. Samrat replies Kishmish’s condition is the same as Dr. Praveen’s daughter’s condition. He says he doesn’t have money, but he will give everything that he has in his bag. He asks Dr. Praveen to take everything and treat Kishmish. Kishmish cries. Dr. Praveen thinks if he doesn’t treat Kishmish, then God won’t forgive him ever. He agrees to treat Kishmish. He tells Samrat to fill out the form.
In the village, Bela regains her consciousness in the hospital. The police officer asks Bela who attacked her. Bela takes Bawridevi’s name. The police officer gets shocked hearing this. Bela realizes that Samrat must be alone in the train.
Bawridevi reaches the hospital. Meanwhile, Champa tells Ratan to kill Bawridevi. Ratan asks her whether she has become mad. Later, Dr. Praveen examines Kishmish. He tells Samrat to call the elder of the family. Samrat calls Bawridevi.
