Episode begins with Aditi taunting Vikrant how he doesn’t deserve love of any girl, it’s because of your nature. Vikrant breaks a vase and they both shout and fight with each other while family members hear all this out from the room. Vikrant breaks more things in the room. Vikrant’s mom and dad worry while Suman says we should stop them. Vikrant’s dad says it’s a husband and wife’s matter. Here, Aditi says you take out all your anger, I am ending this marriage like you wanted. Vikrant stops her and asks where are you going? Aditi says far away from you, thank god I didn’t get pregnant as I don’t want my kid to have a dad like you. Aditi goes out. Suman says we got worried for you. Aditi says then why didn’t you come inside to stop Vikrant. She goes out while Vikrant lays on the floor and cries. Peroz is packing his bag when he gets a call from Sia. Peroz shares how he is going out to Panchgani with Mira. Sia says wow, who is Mira? Peroz shares about Mira. Sia show Abhay and Peroz says you both are back together? Sia says we are back to friends like we were. Peroz says wow I missed something so big. Abhay says I missed you both so much come soon. Peroz says yes.
Vikrant comes to office and scolds Deepika to be working in ER. Deepika says you removed me verbally, do the paper work and let me see what reason you give to HR. Here, Abhay brings coffee for Sia and they enjoy it together while Ansari sees them. Here, Suman asks Vikrant about Aditi. Vikrant says she won’t return, she left me and went. Suman says but. Vikrant says she has left me, I have work. He cuts the call. In the locker room, Ansari questions Sia about being with Abhay. Sia says Abhay was first my friend so we just let our differences out and we are just friends so don’t worry. Ansari goes aside. Sia asks Ansari not to get jealous. Ansari asks Sia not to talk to Abhay. Sia says do I need permission on whom I talk to? Ansari says yes specially when it’s your ex, he mistreated me, I don’t want to see you and Abhay talk to each other. Sia says this is not done, you don’t own me, you can’t tell me whon I should talk to or not.
Deepika gets a big emergency case of bus accident from a car. Everyone reaches ER. Many patients are dead on arrival. Divya panics seeing so many deaths, Esha calms him. Vikrant comes and scolds them to freeze in such a situation. Divya is unable to take it all. Deepika guides residents while they are attending the patients. Vikrant navigates the patients to beds. Vikrant scolds Divya to work and not freeze. Aditi is shown as one of the patient. Vikrant guides Ansari on facial reconstruction patient. Divya checks the pulse of Aditi and says she is dead on arrival and asks the nurse to take. Nurse keeps her aside as there are many dead on arrival. Peroz returns to work. Peroz and Esha work on a patient. A pregnant woman also comes who has a daughter crying for her. Abhay informs Kinjal about Jatin being in ventilator. Abhay makes Kinjal go on the bed next to Jatin. Kinjal cries seeing Jatin. Abhay consoles her. Deepika sees Divya cry and panic. Divya says I need sometime, I have just declared a patient dead and I am not in a good state of mind. Esha and Peroz treat a patient, Parul who asks for her husband, Bandish. Esha calms her as her body goes into stress. Peroz goes to find her husband. Here, Aditi is shown doing some movement. Deepika calms Divya and asks her to share what she saw. Divya says the pulse was faint. Deepika says that doesn’t mean she is dead. Deepika asks Divay to show her the patient.
Here, Vikrant’s mom talks against Aditi saying she is taking this marriage as a joke and went without informing that’s not correct. Just then the phone rings. Here, Vikrant treats Sapna and books an OT for her. Sapna’s daughter asks Vikrant if Sapna is okay. Vikrant asks her name, she says Pari. Vikrant remembers her daughter Pari. Vikrant carries Pari to treat her wounds. Nurse covers Aditi’s body while Deepika checks her hands and gives an injection to see faunt pulse. Just then the cloth is removed while Deepika us shocked to see it’s Aditi. Ansari is shocked as well. Suman picks the call and learns Aditi is in an accident and she is in FMS. Here, Vikrant treats Pari and talks cutely. Vikrant gets Suman’s call but he declines. Vikrant tries to talk and engage Pari. He gets emotional. Deepika asks Ansari to handle other patients while she checks on Aditi. Deepika says she is in Spinal shock. Divya freezes again. Deepika asks Abhay to help him. Abhay is shocked to see Aditi. Deepika comes to Vikrant and informs about Aditi. Vikrant runs. Vikrant gets emotional seeing Aditi. Vikrant tries to move Aditi, while Deepika asks him to stay back and Aditi needs MRI. Deepika says someone had declared Aditi dead. Vikrant holds Deepika responsible so PC comes and calms him. PC takes him aside but Vikrant doesn’t listen. Divya informs PC that they need senior doctor in ER. PC guides in ER.
Peroz and Esha treat Parul when Peroz says Parul, your husband is fine I found him. Peroz brings Bandish. Esha says it’s the affect of injection, while Peroz says it’s affect of love and faith. Here, Vikrant sees the MRI and says I will do the operation. Deepika says protocols doesn’t allow you. Vikrant says I don’t care. Deepika says let me do it, you are not in the correct state of mind. Just then Vikrant’s mom comes and says Deepika you can’t touch Aditi. Vikrant is asked to sign the consent form. Suman says call someone else. Deepika explains how we can’t delay it and let me do it. Vikrant is called for Sapna’s surgery so he gives Deepika consent. Vikrant’s dad says you did wrong. Vikrant assures Pari about her mother. Deepika faces a complex situation.
