Episode begins with Abhay telling Peroz how lucky he was to get 10 days off. Peroz says I eas recovering. Sia says you know we just came back from 24 hrs shift as there is so much of staff shortage. Deepika comes and assigns duties. She says Sia and Ansari go to Vikrant in ER, Abhay come with me on patient rounds and Peroz go to Ali in ICU. Deepika asks Peroz what he did that Ali asked for him. Peroz says I saved many patients. Deepika says okay let’s go. Sia and Ansari report to Vikrant who asks them to take in charge of ER as I want to have a 5 hr sleep, don’t call me until anything important comes up. Vikrant asks about Deepika. Sia says Deepika and Abhay are on rounds. Vikrant says if they did not want to be in ER then why don’t they stay in general. Sia tries to explain but Vikrant leaves. Ansari says why do you don’t like anyone else other than Abhay. Sia says I like everyone but you and Vikrant have special talent to irritate me. They go.
Here, Peroz is given the ICU incharge by Ali as he is going to rest as he was in 48 hrs. He goes while Peroz finds an old friend. He is happy to find her and chats with her. They discuss about Sia and Abhay. Then Peroz is called so he goes.
Here, Neha thanks Abhay for treating her. She asks about Amar, Abhay says he has left. Neha says no issues I am with my ownself. Later in lift Deepika makes Abhay understand how it’s sometime important to let toxic things go so that people don’t use us. Here, Vikrant thinks of Deepika and sees a small bag, he goes to go give it to Deepika. On the other hand, a couple enter the lift, the guy farts and Deepika and Abhay start laughing when it is repeated. The couple go while Deepika and Abhay laugh. Vikrant sees them from a far and assumes something is going on between them so he comes back to his room. He remembers the lift moment. Here, Peroz does a mistake and Ali scolds him. Peroz goes out and sees Abhay. Abhay shares how Deepika said she will let him do a complicate operation with Dr. chakroborty. Peroz says that’s great but don’t you think you are a hypocrite at first you were against nepotism and favouritism but you are being a pet of Deepika and using her. Abhay gets into thinking. He goes to Deepika and says I don’t want any favours and want to earn it from my potential, he leaves.
An emergency case comes and Vikrant is called for help. Sia is unable to save the girl. Vikrant makes her understand how she tried her level best. He teaches Sia to call the death time. Sia does and feel emotional. Vikrant thinks even I should try till last energy. He goes to give the gift to Deepika and wishes her. Vikrant says how he never thought he can celebrate her birthday together but he is glad he could. On the other hand, Abhay gets to know from nurses that it’s Deepika’s birthday. So, he plans a surprise. Deepika is informed there is a fire situation in her car. She goes and finds out it’s a cupcake from Abhay. Deepika thanks him.
Here, Peroz is sad while Ali says it’s okay stay here you will learn more. Peroz says even after this I can come here. Ali says yes, mistakes does happen just learn from it. Peroz gets happy. Here, Abhay learns how Deepika has not celebrated her birthday since many years. Just then Abhay gets a call from his home and gets to know Girija got an attack so he takes a leave whe Deepika offers to accompany him.
They leave in her car. The cupcake falls there.
Sia says we can’t say that Tanya is no more. Vikrant says we won’t say, its imp to give his mind some rest, unpredictability is tough to handle. She asks will we lie to her. Vikrant thinks. Manav asks about Tanya. Vikrant asks Ansari about his condition. He says don’t take tension, relax. Manav says tell me about Tanya. Vikrant says I m sorry Manav, we tried a lot, we couldn’t save Tanya, she is no more. Manav is shocked. Vikrant asks Sia to be with Ansari, they both are tired. She asks is Manav in shock. Vikrant says call me if vitals change.
Abhay says Aai’s dementia got severe. Jigna says go and handle her, she has hurt my hand. Deepika treats the lady. Abhay goes to his mum and asks her to stop it. She says call Vinayak, he loves me a lot. He says he is outside, give me that knife, your husband is coming. She asks really. He says yes, he loves you, right. Deepika looks on. Ansari and Sia talk about Tanya’s death. Manav asks Sia to come to him and calls her Tanya. Vikrant comes. He asks her to go to Manav.
Vikrant says he is in shock of Tanya’s death. Manav says I love you so much. Deepika goes to stop Abhay and Girija. She says Vinayak has come. Girija asks where is he, did you lie to me. She throws a pot at Deepika and hurts her. Deepika says its okay. She says Vinayak has sent me to give you a message, he loved you before, but now he doesn’t love you, he said sorry that he left you here, he doesn’t want you to hurt yourself for his sake, he worries for you, he requested to stay happy and take care of your son Abhay.
Girija asks does he care for me. Deepika says yes, he wants you to forget the past and move on. Girija cries and hugs her. She says Vinayak doesn’t understand, how can someone move on, that old memories stay with us all life, you can forget hatred, but not love, you can’t forget love. Manav says sorry Tanya, I will not delay our marriage, I love you, will you marry me. Vikrant and Ansari look at them. Ansari says I know Sia, she can’t lie. Manav asks Tanya to say. Sia says I m not angry. Manav says I really love you. Sia says I love you too. He asks what did you say.
He says no, it wrong, you never say I love you too. Ansari asks what now. He says when I say I love you, you say you are so lovable. She says yes, I m lovable. He says you aren’t Tanya, she left. She says I m sorry for your loss. Vikrant says cardiac arrest chances. Ansari says vitals are stable. Girija sleeps. Abhay does the aid to Deepika’s wound. He says mum does this because of dementia, I get angry that she still loves my ex dad. Deepika says love just happens, is it done. He asks what. She says yes. He says yes, its a surface wound. She says thanks, I have to go to hospital, you should be here with your mum, its risky to leave her alone, we will meet tomorrow. He says 15mins for your birthday to end, cupcake got left there, there is no cake, but you can cut something. He makes a bread and jam sandwich. He sings happy birthday to you. She cuts the sandwich. They eat it. She thanks him. A man comes and says you asked for this. She says yes, put Jigna’s hand in this sling. Jigna’s husband says I will stay here and look after Tai, until Jigna gets fine. Abhay says Jigna got hurt. Kaka says I know how Girija worked hard to get you educated, she helped us also, we are family, it happens. Abhay thanks him.
Manav dies. Sia asks what happened to him. Vikrant says its about will power. Ansari says no, maybe its a stroke, you believe about will power. Vikrant says body and emotions are related, its our work to try and save patients, its my theory, you also find some theory to satisfy your mind. Sia sees Manav and cries. Dr. Ali asks Peroz to maintain charts. Peroz says you make patients’ death certificates, don’t you feel bad. Dr. Ali says I hope that we don’t need this, its happy thing to tear that and throw it, all patients are safe, tear the certificates, wrong things are happening in the world, when such night comes, I feel we are doing something right. Vikrant sees Deepika and Abhay coming to the hospital. Deepika sees Vikrant. Sia cries and runs to hug Abhay.
Sia says Abhay, promise me, you will never leave me, I will die without you. Abhay looks at Deepika.
