Episode begins with Vikrant worrying and remembering Aditi and her sayings and remember how he did a blunder in operation and Deepika comes to save it. Here, PC says to Deepika how he is surprised to see such an experienced doctor did this mistake even in his worst mental stage. Deepika is in shock. PC asks Deepika to tell everything that happened from start to end. Deepika calls some and asks him to come. Peroz comes. A nurse helps in removing Vikrant’s scrubs. PC says it happens Peroz that sometimes a senior we idolize makes a blunder, I want to know what happened in the OT. Peroz looks at Deepika. Peroz explains how a old patient of Vikrant came for a surgery in prostate and explains each step. Peroz says an accidental cut happens due to which bleeding happened, Vikrant didn’t stop the bleeding and he started compression. Peroz says in the end we couldn’t save him. PC says it’s not your fault, it was Vikrant’s. PC asks Deepika to bring Vikrant in.
Here, Jamshed tells Vikrant that I will save you from this but you will not tell anyone what happened in OT, as hospital will be charged with malpractice and your career will also end. Jamshed says you will tell what I tell you to, you won’t say anything more. Deepika comes and says what are you doing. Jamshed says you should have knocked. Deepika goes. Deepika informs PC that Jamshed has taken Vikrant and manipulating him. Deepika starts crying and sits. PC consoles her while Deepika says it’s my fault I asked you to keep him on the floor. PC says we all are just helping Vikrant. Deepika says we need to tell Kshitij’s family what happened. PC says it’s going to be difficult. Vikrant is in dilema, while he imagines Aditi who says you fell weak when you lost your first patient and I was by your side, who will help you this time? Jamshed says you will not admit your mistake here, do you understand? Jamshed brings Vikrant out of his imagination. Jamshed asks Vikrant if he understands. Vikrant nods.
Here, Kshitij’s parents’ share their worry with Nikhil. It turns out Nikhil and Kshitij are friends. Nikhil consoles them and says the surgeons are very talented here. He takes them to doctor. Jamshed and Vikrant meet their parent in the hallway. Vikrant says sorry we couldn’t save him. They cry and get hyper. Ansari watches this from far. Vikrant says I did everything I could. Nikhil observes Vikrant’s stumbling hand. Nikhil asks Vikrant how did Kshitij die? What happened in OT? Your eyes shoes guilt, tell me what you did, Kshitij’s parents have the right to know. Vikrant gets emotional and says bleeding happened and I couldn’t save Kshitij, the surgery was very simple but I couldn’t save him, I killed him. Esha comes to Peroz to console him. Peroz says we are so affected by deaths but just pretend we don’t, an experienced doctor can do this mistake then who I am. Esha says you are different and you think of others so you will be better than Vikrant. Esha tries to make things lighter and gives him gems. Deepika brings Vikrant to his cabin and asks him to breathe. Vikrant panics and gets anxious. Peroz watches on. Deepika asks him to breathe and now you will go to Patna and take some break. Vikrant laughs and says I am not a kid I killed someone, I always thought so highly of myself but see what happened. Deepika says go home, I don’t want your lisence to get cancelled.
Sia and Ansari are talking when Ansari says I always idolized Vikrant and I always wanted to do something big by being doctor as the opportunity I got was rare, in medical field surgeon are considered god. Sia says it depends on us how we take on our ambitions, if you think you are doing wrong, you can always do correction. Ansari says I want to do that only. Here, Deepika explains Abhay about Aparna and her condition. Kshitij’s dad is talking to PC and Jamshed about his future plans about Kshitij. He blames them to make the case go to Vikrant. Jamshed says we are requesting you not to go against FMS. Kshitij’s dad says stop it, I will tell everyone, hire your best legal team, I will make sure FMS shuts down, but first I need to take care of my son’s funeral. Jamshed comes to Nikhil and apologies. He tries to take Nikhil on his side and explain him how doing a case is not the solution and asks him for a favour. Here, Deepika is asked by a patient about a case in FMS where the doctor did a mistake. Deepika tries to console him but Pradeep questions Deepika why she is changing her course of action. Abhay comes and shares the situation is in control. Here, Nikhil taunts Jamshed. Jamshed sayd Vikrant is also in a trauma. Nikhil says then you shouldn’t have let him be as a doctor under trauma, I won’t talk to them about anything, they will do what they feel like. Abhay and Deepika check Aparna.
Here, Jamshed informs PC that I am firing Vikrant. PC says really? Jamshed says you are always going against me? PC says he is going through a tragedy and he needs time to heal. Jamshed says the Oberois will need some kind of compensation, Vikrant is proud of his career so we need to do this. PC says but. Jamshed says I am bored of this, consider me bad, but I will take this decision, you should have let Vikrant go for a break and that led to this, look I am just minimizing the negative imapct on us. PC says you are right, I should have sent him on a break. Deepika and Abhay discuss about Aparna’s case in Deepika’s cabin. Here, Peroz and Vikrant are in Vikrant’s cabin. Vikrant rests and says sorry to Peroz for him to see all this. Peroz says mistake can happen by anyone, you still inspire me. Vikrant says I will take care of me, I promise, I am tired can you bring me water? Peroz goes. Vikrant imagines Aditi again and says I don’t feel the pain. Aditi says I know. Vikrant says I surrender. He hugs Aditi and cries. Deepika briefs Pradeep on everything. Pradeep thanks him. Deepika sees all the staff rushing and sees Peroz trying to open Vikrant’s cabin. Deepika rushes. They see blood coming out of the room.

Precap – Deepika tells PC that she can’t handle Vikrant anymore. Vikrant apologies to Mr. Oberoi and says he is leaving his profession as a doctor shocking Jamshed.
