Episode begins with Deepika going inside to Vikrant and they rush him. PC and Deepika operate on Vikrant. Ansari shares how he is upset and disappointed in Vikrant. Nikhil sees a distressed Deepika and calls her. Nikhil asks if Vikrant is okay? Deepika says no. Nikhil makes Deepika understand how she did her best and it’s not your responsibility. Nikhil explains to Deepika how to stay calm. Deepika says I should support him in his weak point. Nikhil says that’s fine but you need to understand it’s not everything.
Esha consoles a disturbed Peroz. Peroz shares how if Vikrant tried to kill himself it’s a big thing seeing his personality. Esha comforts her and says how suicide is not the solution. Esha tries to make Peroz calm and get bit positive. PC comes to Deepika to tell her Vikrant is fine here. Deepika says I can’t see him anymore. PC says don’t worry we will arrange something else. Deepika thanks PC and goes. Ansari sits in the locker room, Sia comes to him. Sia asks Ansari if he is okay? Ansari says I wanted to talk to you only, I will tell you directly, I saw Vikrant do suicide, I did analysis with right and wrong, maximum things of my life went in wrong, only two things went into right one is clinic and other is you, but I must be in your wrong column, I want to help my slum people, but all I did was fun and forgot my actual goal. Sia gets emotional when nurse asks them to come to ER. They go.
Vikrant is in the bed sleeping and he wakes up to see PC. PC does post op procedure on him and asks him few questions. Vikrant says I wanted to die, but what did I don’t have respect for my life being a doctor? I shouldn’t be a doctor. PC asks Vikrant not to blame himself but accept help.
Nikhil requests Abhay to do his surgery today. Abhay says it can’t happen just then Deepika comes and says it will happen today only. Ansari, Sia and Peroz check bunch of patients with food poisoning. Patients say we saw it on google. Nikhil appreciates Deepika and her glow. Deepika says sometimes we need to change our environment. Nikhil says then come join my company. Deepika says yes but for 6 months only. Nikhil gets happy.
Jamshed talks to Oberoi telling about Vikrant’s suicide incident and asks if he still wants to sue him. Vikrant enters amd apologies to Oberoi, I know my sorry won’t fullfill for your loss but I am leaving my profession and job as a doctor, I am cancelling my medical license. Vikrant asks Jamshed to blacklist him talking to the council. Oberoi gets up and says for your negligence I will not forgive you but for your future life I will say all the best, good you realised you can’t be doctor like this. Oberoi goes. Vikrant calls Suman and infroms him that he is leaving his career and coming to Patna, I tried suicide but I got saved. Suman worries and cries, asks Vikrant if he is fine. Vikrant says yes and no both, I was all wrong. Suman asks Vikrant to come fast.
In the ER all the patients fight with each other. Ansari makes them calm and starts fighting with residents. Everyone is confused. Ansari starts taunting everyone and signs them to pretend like fighting. So they all fake fight. One of the patient says why are you all fighting. Ansari makes them understand we are just showing what you all were doing. They get calm and realise. Vikrant comes to the residents and informs them about his decision, he takes a goodbye from them, he gives each of them tips to move ahead.
