Episode begins with Aditi asking Deepika to come to thier place for dinner to celebrate her joining FMS. Vikrant tries to stop Aditi but Deepika leaves by then. Vikrant asks Aditi what she is doing? Aditi says I did good thing, I shared my happiness so what’s wrong. Aditi says what is the use of being jealous when we all three will be in the same work place. Here, Peroz and Esha see the famous patient make staff do yoga. Peroz says what is going on? The patient says we are calming our minds to recover ourselves. Esha adores his thoughts while Peroz looks shocked. Peroz says what are these thoughts? Peroz asks the staff to go and do their work. Patient says I am happy, and I have heard people recover faster when they are happy. Esha praises his thinking.
In pathology lab, Ansari is told that they all have arsenic poising maybe ground water has arsenic, we need to stop this or else it will do greater damage. Here, Peroz sees Esha getting impressed by the patient and his thought process. Peroz comes inside and asks Esha to come with him it’s something urgent. Esha says Peroz thinks that your thought process is none sense. Esha makes fun of Peroz so Peroz goes. In the locker room, Ansari comes to Sia and shares how the slum people have arsenic poisoning in their reports. Sia asks Ansari to calm and says things will get sorted. Ansari says one things is sure that rich people smell good. Sia says rich and poor doesn’t matter but how many true friends you have is important, so if you ever feel the need of a friend, I am here for you. Ansari says okay. Sia asks Ansari if he wants to come with her for dinner? Ansari says no I am here with Geeta Maasi. Sia says okay. Here, Peroz is seeing Esha with the patient from outside. The patient is telling Esha about chakras. Peroz just sees the patient touching Esha’s back and stomach so he comes inside and says stop it. The patient says I was just telling her about chakras. Peroz says I know what you were doing so stop it. Esha takes Peroz out and Peroz tries to explain her but Esha takes him wrong.
Here, Aditi asks Vikrant, what does Deepika like, what cuisine? Vikrant says stop it, Deepika won’t come. Vikrant says we can’t be normal, so stop thinking like that, Deepika won’t come here. Aditi says I will make something traditional, as you guys can remember the past. Vikrant says just stop it. Aditi says you are worried that she will feel uncomfortable. Vikrant says you setting boundaries that will be odd for her. Aditi says so what about me feeling low. Vikrant says it matters to me, but… Aditi says but you won’t be able to love me ever, you have decided? You don’t think of me, otherwise you would have stopped me then and there, there is nothing wrong between us just that we have differences due to staying away, but it will now get sorted. Vikrant says no Aditi nothing can be fixed.
Here, Deepika is ready but then feels sad so she goes to shower. She cries. There, Aditi says you needed a working women who is ambitious, I did how you like things so that you can become best surgeon, I made that home a home with my dedication. Aditi says you like thay person because she was your love, I will also show you how attractive I am when I do a 9-5pm job and become workaholic, now I want to create a cordial relationship with Deepika as I will be working in the same hospital too. Vikrant says you are doing this to set boundaries. Aditi says I have a bigger hand in your success, I handled everything for 10 years all payments, everything about relatives so that you can just focus on your surgery and nothing else. Vikrant says how can I repay you? Aditi says wow repay, so give me my 10 years back. Vikrant says I can’t do it, that’s why I am saying sorry. Aditi says I build my identity with this marriage and relationship without thinking twice so you can’t take away that identity from me, you like a strong independent women who handles work and love life, I will become that and show you. Aditi says if you feel like eating anything order it. Vikrant sits sadly. He takes his phone and calls Deepika but the phone is switched off.
Deepika again gets ready and drives. Vikrant requests Aditi to cancel the dinner while she sets the plate and bowls. Door bell rings and Vikrant opens the door to find Suman. Suman comes inside and hugs Aditi. Suman says don’t look at her, I only asked her and got to know. Suman says Aditi never tells me what’s the matter, she hides it but I only asked her. Vikrant gets a call so goes aside. Deepika comes to the bar and meets Abhay there. Deepika orders Vodka. Abhay says for earthquake in life you should have tequila. Deepika says so you know I have problems. Abhay says he understands. Deepika does cheers with Abhay, they drink. Deepika shares how she can handle anything going wrong in surgery and a complex human body but when it comes to matters of heart and feelings, we are never prepared of shock. Abhay listens to her. Deepika shares how first love always hurts till within as the love always remains no matter what. Deepika shares how the feelings always comes inside. Deepika shares her and Vikrant’s story about their break up, and how Vikrant had warned her about being in pain when she will see him with someone else. Deepika says it hurts from 10 years. Deepika says I have tried to move on by trying to date and be in relationship, but never got that feeling, I focused on my career but what now? I still have feelings for him when he returned. Deepika says I still went back knowing he is married, but that hope was still inside me, I don’t want to be the other women but I can’t stop my that little hopes. Deepika shares with Abhay that Aditi joined FMS, so I realised their marriage won’t end soon, and it hurts me and I hate myself, I can’t believe I developed a feeling for Vikrant again.
Here, Suman says Vikrant how can you not see the efforts done by Aditi? You still like a girl who destroyed lives of others, you are just having mid life crisis by thinking about love. Suman says till now no divorces happened in Saxena family, and it won’t happen now. Suman says Deepika just realised that she did a mistake 10 years back, so that’s why she wants to come back. Suman says I will make sure this Deepika goes out of life, stop this affair. Vikrant says this is not extra marital affair as we are not hiding it. Suman says stop it. Vikrant says I still remember how I told you before my marriage that I am doing wrong by doing this marriage but you still let it happen, you destroyed 3 lives so now you are equally responsible. Suman says what happened in past had happened, but now I will set things right, if mom dad will get to know then they will scold you bad. Aditi says I don’t want love from him, I just want justice for this thing. Vikrant says what injustice happened with you. Aditi says you take the responsibility of the marriage you did 10 years before. Vikrant says you also knew I loved Deepika still you married me so you are equally responsible. Vikrant says I need divorce. Aditi says I won’t give divorce do whatever you want. Vikrant goes. Suman consoles Adito saying Vikrant will realise soon and come back.
Here in the bar, Deepika and Abhay get tipsy. Abhay shares how love is never wrong when you love someone who is available for you, it’s okay to love someone who is unavailable too. I am telling from what you told me so just trust it. Abhay says I blamed my dad always but the story had another site to it. Deepika says yes. Sia comes back to hospital and finds Ansari dosing off, and his neck is tilted. Sia sets his neck right but Ansari wakes up and they go to hospital canteen to eat.
