Episode begins with Deepika and Vikrant in Deepika’s flat and getting close to each other. They get intimate and it turns out to be Aditi’s dream. She wakes up all of a sudden and when she closes her eyes she again sees the same thing. She us anxious and starts walking here and there. She shouts while Suman comes and asks if she is okay. Aditi says I will go to Deepika’s house, Vikrant thinks he is doing right, but I will show them it’s not so. Suman says okay I will also come. Here, Deepika and Vikrant work on Shivi. While Aditi learns no one is in Deepika’s flat. Aditi says maybe a man is here. Gaurd says Vikrant sir is also not here, if you have any message I will tell them. Suman takes Aditi from there. Vikrant and Deepika complete the surgery and walk out of the theater. They inform Shivi’s parents that their daughter is fine now. Shivi’s dad apologies for his behaviour and thanks them.
Vikrant and Deepika hug each other. While Suman and Aditi watch them. Aditi cries. In the ER, Suman stops Deepika and says what do you think of yourself, you left my brother before marriage then why are you after him now? Aditi is suffering because of you! Deepika says calm down, this is a hospital. Suman says your karma is bad, you are characterless and just after your selfish methods, your kind of women will never be happy as you have no one around you and you can never get married, you are the reason why Aditi is so disturbed. Other doctors try to ignore it thinking of Deepika. Deepika feels hurt but Suman keeps on saying. Suman says you do your characterless things as always, your marriage will never be successful, you are always after career and money. Deepika says I am not sorry of what I did and what I sacrificed. Suman says then why are you after my brother, why are you sleeping with my brother and destroying Aditi? Sleep with someone else why don’t you? Keep away from my brother, you are a mistress of Vikrant. Suman goes. Everyone starts gossiping about her. Deepika cries while Abhay feels bad.
Deepika sees everyone talking about her, she runs and goes. Abhay follows her. Deepika shuts the door of her cabin and sits down. Abhay says please open the door. She just cries. Abhay feels angry and bad, he goes to Vikrant. Vikrant is with a patient. Abhay says there is an emergency. Vikrant asks him to wait. Abhay says it can’t wait, it’s about Deepika. Vikrant excuses himself. They go out. Abhay says you don’t know what has happened today? People are taunting and calling Deepika bad names. Abhay says Deepika has just loved you but never tried to separate you and your wife. Vikrant says what happened? Abhay says everyone in hospital is now seeing Deepika as a second wife, a mistress who breaks other people’s marriage. Vikrant says what? Who did it? Aditi?
Abhay says your sister publically humiliated Deepika in the hospital. Abhay says she used so cheap words about Deepika, it’s not always due to second women the marriage breaks, your sister had no limits and used so bad words, you are a surgeon make sure this won’t happen again with Deepika, I am his friend and will always be standing up for her. Vikrant goes while he hears few nurses about Vikrant and Deepika’s affair. As he walks more he hears more bad about Deepika. While Deepika is shown crying in her cabin. Sia comes to Deepika talking about some patient. Deepika says I need sometime please. Sia says are you okay? Are you unwell? Deepika says Sia please leave me alone. Sia goes out and calls Peroz but he doesn’t pick up. Deepika also goes from her cabin.
Another nurse says I know Deepika from so long and I didn’t know Vikrant was the one, I used to think so highly of her but not from today. Esha says you shouldn’t comment on someone’s personal life here, what Vikrant and Deepika had was consensual. Nurse says why should Aditi handle all this. Esha says that’s not fair I agree but that is their personal life and we shouldn’t judge them. The nurses go while Peroz says breaking marriage is like breaking something holy. Esha says you are very boring and narrow minded. She goes.
A patient is angry on Abhay that I came here to be attended by some senior doctor like Deepika or Vikrant, I am Jamshed’s friend. Abhay says let me do the tests and then the doctors can come. The patient calls Jamshed and complains, Jamshed says she is handling. Abhay says he will call Deepika.
Vikrant is looking for Deepika but Jamshed asks Vikrant to take his friend’s case. Vikrant sees Suman go out of the hospital and feels angry. Abhay finds Deepika. Deepika is crying in the roof. Abhay says don’t get yourself affected by someone else badmouthing you as that shows their mentality, you need to wait for Vikrant to take a stand for you because if he doesn’t then he doesn’t deserve you. He tries to motivate her. Deepika gets a call, and says I need to rush. Deepika and Vikrant are called by PC and Jamshed. Jamshed says this conversation has become very awkward but I wanted it clear. Here, nurses and Ansari talk about Deepika and Vikrant. Ansari says Deepika is very good, I hope she gets out of it. Sia is surprised with those talks. Abhay says you are talking so ill about a girl and your senior, shame on you.
Abhay says you don’t know the whole thing so don’t promote gossip. Ansari says we are talking about Deepika then why are you worried. Ansari says is anything going between you and Deepika too? Sia says how can you talk like this, Deepika has taught us so much, how can you talk like this about any women? Sia says you are doctors and don’t start gossiping by judging women. Ansari says why does all independent women run after married surgeons? Did Deepika think of it? Sia says it’s their personal matter, if Vikrant chose to go out of marriage it’s his problem, why are we just judging Deepika and not Vikrant? Sia says please Ansari don’t gossip but defend a women when you don’t know their side of the story.
Jamshed says people have started talking about your affair everywhere in the hospital. PC asks Deepika what is going on? Jamshed says because of these two our reputation is going down. Jamshed says didn’t you know Vikrant is married, why did you start this affair? Jamshed asks PC you recommended Deepika and see how it ended, that’s why I never wanted to give senior positions to a single women. Jamshed says you have any morals? Vikrant says just stop, our society runs according to sexism, why are you just questioning Deepika but not me? I was married not Deepika? I was after Deepika not her, today whatever happened is between me, Aditi and Deepika and you have no right to say anything regarding it. Don’t talk to Deepika like this again.
Jamshed says your affair is being talked about in the hospital, I won’t allow these kind of scandals here. Vikrant says there is no scandal here, it’s a relationship and I love her. Vikrant says please respect my relationship with dignity, so if anyone makes it bad, then they will have to pay for it. Here, Abhay thanks Sia for taking Deepika’s side. Sia says it’s no big deal, just like we breath for living, doing this was also normal. Sia says I didn’t expect you taking Deepika’s side specially about what happened with your dad and mom. Abhay says I understood the real scenario about my mom and dad and it’s better now. Sia goes.
Vikrant asks everyone to be professional. PC says whatever personal thing you share please ensure nothing harm is done to hospital like it happened today? Vikrant holds Deepika’s hand. Everyone watches shocked. They go out. Vikrant takes Deepika to his cabin. They both hug and cry. Vikrant says I am really sorry Deepika, I promise I will never let this happen again. Vikrant asks Deepika to calm and not to worry. Vikrant says no one can raise question on us, we will walk with head held high and I will walk with you infront of everyone. Deepika cries.
Peroz is treating a patient who is suffering heavy bleeding in her periods. The patient requests Peroz not to inform her wife. Esha is checking Madhuri. Peroz says this is true love, why people marry. Madhuri says this is not because of true love, if Rah gets to know he will ask me thousands of questions and give me tension. Esha laughs. Peroz says Deepika did wrong, it’s cheating, fidelity. Esha says judging people is wrong, it’s your insecurities. Peroz says Aditi must be so hurt. Esha says I am not denying but we shouldn’t comment and Vikrant is equally responsible, even you are single why is that so? Think of that rather than gossiping.
Here, Aditi cries while Suman says I have told so much today that she won’t be able to face anyone, if she has a bit of self respect then she will stay away. Aditi says I have given my 10 years to Vikrant selflessly to get this? Vikrant comes home and scolds Suman and says you did a really low thing today, I don’t even feel like calling you didi. Aditi says because of that Deepika? Vikrant says I love that Deepika and I don’t want to give explanation to anyone. Vikrant asks Suman to leave the house before he ends his relation with Suman. Vikrant asks Aditi to shut up.

Precap – No nurse is ready to work with Deepika. Nurse Madhvi says that no woman should break someone’s home someone’s married life. Deepika is shocked and cries. Then she finds Vikrant taking care of Aditi in the hospital.
