The episode begins with Deepika talking about healthy competition. Deepika says Sia and Abhay you guys will perform a mock surgery and whoever wins, he or she will join me in the surgery. Here, Vikrant takes drugs and thinks of what Deepika told her. Vikrant calms her. Sia and Abhay do the mock while both of them end the test in the same time, but Sia ends it first so Deepika announces her as winner. Abhay says I did an alternate way and he explains it. Deepika is impressed and announces him as the winner. Later, Sia congratulates Abhay while he says don’t pretend. They laugh.
While preparing for operation, Vikrant asks about the procedure to Ansari and Peroz. Ansari answers while Vikrant says you are wrong. Suddenly Vikrant’s hand starts to stutter due to drugs. Vikrant worries while Ansari and Peroz watch on. Vikrant removes his scrubs and goes.
Here, Abhay watches the patient and his lover have a moment before surgery. Abhay consoles the girl. The girl says people say I am marrying Karan for money as we have age difference, while I am marrying for love. The girl says I know me and Karan are not like you and Advani and Abhay as made for each other. Abhay consoles her and goes.
Peroz and Ansari come to Deepika informing about Vikrant and his mood. They say the patient is on table and Vikrant went. Deepika rushes to the operation. Deepika comes to the theater while Vikrant is seen there operating, and asks Peroz and Ansari to join in. Vikrant says the story of the conjoint brothers. Vikrant says people who don’t want to stay together should stay together. Deepika leaves. Here Deepika is scrubbing whe Nurse asks for a drug, Abhay offers to go and bring. Abhay doesn’t find opioid medicine. He asks the assistant who says it must be there as stock came yesterday. Assistant sends Abhay and says he will bring it. The operation is successful while Deepika watches Vikrant and the patient. Later, it is shown, Vikrant takes opioid stocks.
Abhay take Sia to meet Girija who has come for check up. Girija makes comments on Sia and Abhay’s characteristics. Ansari hears this and later taunts Sia while Abhay takes Girija for check up. Everything goes well and Girija leaves. Sia asks Abhay to talk for 2 mins while Abhay says I need to rush for operation. Abhay informs Deepika on the missing drugs. Deepika asks if he has seen any behaviour change. Abhay says no. Deepika gets into thinking.
Next day, Abhay and Deepika meet. Deepika asks what is going on in his mind? Abhay says just thinking about my overthinking of drugs. Vikrant watches them talking about drug missing issue but Vikrant misses hearing it. Dr. Chakroborty and Vikrant have a small talk on which resident has more chance of winning. Vikrant changes the topic when Dr. chakroborty leaves, Vikrant takes the drugs again.
Ansari and Peroz see an ER patient who is a kid having tonsils. Ansari talks in taunting way to do check up. Peroz watches Ansari getting scolding from the mother. Peroz tries to talk in kid’s language while Ansari thinks he will fail but Peroz gets successful. Here, Vikrant thinks about Abhay and Deepika talk. Vikrant gets restless.
Vikrant goes to see the patient with Sia. While Deepika comes and watches them suddenly the patient gets serious so Deepika helps him. Later Deepika and Vikrant talk about the case, when Abhay comes to notify Deepika on another case, Vikrant asks him to spare them few more minutes.
Here, Peroz finds something odd when he finds that his patient is losing weight even after eating junk. He suspects cancer and takes her for further tests. Here, Abhay and Deepika decide to take the matter of drugs getting misplaced to management.

Precap: Abhay says about changes behaviour of Vikrant. Deepika and Abhay go to find Vikrant and Deepika finds him unconscious in his car with opioid. Deepika asks him from when he started, he says when she left him.
