Colors TV’s popular show Dharam Patni is a love hate story of a simple sweet school teacher Pratiksha Parekh and a buisness tycoon Ravi Randhawa. How two different people of different social status and background will come together due to marriage and fall in love eventually will be interesting to watch.
In the previous episode, Pratiksha claims to be afraid of flames. She begs Ravi to save her and closely embraces him. Ravi recalls Keerti. Hansa discovers Ravi is engulfed in flames. Ravi is chastised by her. Mandeep declares that if Ravi is killed, she will not spare the Parekh family. Pratiksha leaves to retrieve the mauli.
Ravi remembers Kavya’s point of view on rituals and everything. He prevents Pratiksha from being burned. As it begins to drizzle, Ravi and Pratiksha wrap themselves in a blanket and go outside. Pandit describes them as a blessed and predestined pair. Pratik becomes terrified when he hears about the fire.
Radhika arrives and states that she is aware that Pratiksha is her own and the older sister of Kinjal and Parul. She is critical of the Parekh dynasty. Pratiksha is referred to as a killer by her. She informs him that his son will not marry Kinjal and departs. Pratik becomes ill. Ravi recalls spending time with Pratiksha in that cabin. He is perplexed as to why he rescued her.
He thinks about Kavya’s comments about Ravi’s feelings for Pratiksha and wonders if Kavya is correct. Mandeep says it’s not like that; Ravi assisted Pratiksha because, as a good human being, he can’t stand seeing anyone suffer. Mandeep believes she will keep Pratiksha far away from Ravi’s existence and mind. Pratik is brought home by the Parekh household.
Hansa holds Pratiksha responsible for Pratik’s state. Pratik, according to the doctor, has had a minor heart attack. Kinjal is slashed by Hansa. Dolly wonders why Ravi is upset, if he is lost in Pratiksha’s musings.
Ravi and Pratiksha are a destined pair, according to her. Ravi becomes reflective. Hansa instructs Kinjal to avoid Pratik and focus on Pratiksha. Hansa blames Pratiksha for their misfortune.
In the upcoming episode, Ravi comes to Pratiksha’s aid. Radhika refuses to accept Kinjal as her bahu. Prateik suffers a cardiac attack. Hansa evicts Pratiksha from the home.
