The episode starts with Dilpreet scolding Rana for his deeds. Rana says he didn’t do it and says Khushwant did it. Nimrit says to Dilpreet that there isn’t any fault of Rana and says Rana was forced and he couldn’t do anything. Dilpreet says to Nimrit that Rana could have fought against Khushwant or at least told the truth to him. Nimrit asks Dilpreet what would he have done if he knew about it. Nimrit says to Dilpreet that he didn’t do anything for Rana and says everyone only cheated Rana. Dilpreet gets hurt by Nimrit’s words and scolds himself that he couldn’t be a good father neither he could be a good husband. Dilpreet leaves from there.
Amrita asks Veer to talk to Dilpreet and says she will call him later. Maan asks Amrita who is he talking to? Amrita says to Maan that Tavleen might be playing a new game with Veer. Amrita pleads with Maan that they should return to India. Veer decides to talk to Dilpreet and goes to Rana’s room but he gets to know that Dilpreet left from here so he goes to find Dilpreet.
Maan later thinks about what Amrita said. An old lady comes to congratulate Sanjot as Sanjot won the competition. The old lady asks Sanjot what is she going to do next? Sanjot says whatever Maan decides to do? The old lady says if she thinks like that then she can never get back together with her husband. The old lady gives an example and says only the ladies will become collateral in family disputes. Sanjot agrees with the old lady’s words and makes a comment on what she said. Maan and Aastha overhear their conversation. Aastha asks Maan if he will still keep Sanjot from talking to Dilpreet.
Maan apologises to Sanjot for making her not talk to Dilpreet. Maan says he was clouded with anger and couldn’t see her suffering. Maan asks Sanjot to call Dilpreet and make him free from this guilt.
Veer comes to the hospital site and looks for Dilpreet. The inspector comes and asks Veer if this hospital site is Dilpreet Brar’s. Veer says yes. The inspector says to Veer that they got information that drug business is going on here and says they have arrest warrant issued against Dilpreet. The inspector says this hospital site will be seized for further investigation. Dilpreet gets heart attack hearing this. Veer tries to explain to the inspector but inspector doesn’t listen to Veer. Dilpreet tries to call Sanjot. Sanjot also tries to call Dilpreet. Maan sees that Dilpreet is calling Sanjot and gives the phone to Sanjot. Dilpreet just takes Sanjot’s name and falls on the ground due to heart attack. Veer sees that Dilpreet has fallen on the ground. Veer says to the police that they need to take Dilpreet to the hospital. Sanjot hears what is happening with Dilpreet on the phone and gets worried for him. Sanjot says to Maan that they should go to India and says Dilpreet’s condition isn’t good.
Maan agrees. Sanjot worries about Dilpreet. Aastha goes to call Maan. Maan prays to God for Dilpreet’s well being. Aastha asks Maan not to worry and nothing will happen to him. Maan blames himself for Dilpreet’s condition. Aastha encourages Maan.
Sanjot worries about Dilpreet. Amrita consoles Sanjot and asks her to stay strong.
Veer admits Dilpreet in the hospital. Rana and Nimrit talk about Dilpreet getting a heart attack and they also go to the hospital for Dilpreet. Riya gets to know from Dollar that Dilpreet got a heart attack. Riya blames herself for Dilpreet’s condition and goes to the hospital.
Tavleen slaps Khushwant for doing drug business in the hospital. Khushwant say he wantonly did the drug business as if anything went wrong then Rana and Dilpreet will be arrested and not them but Rana turned against him at the last minute. Tavleen makes a comment on Khushwant and says Dilpreet’s sons worship him. Khushwant says they will be in trouble if Dilpreet and Rana gave testimony against them. Tavleen says they will be in trouble before them as Rana’s signature is on the documents and says Dilpreet will be arrested so they will not say anything.
Doctor comes and asks Brar’s who is Sanjot as the patient is taking her name? Rana says Sanjot is his mother and says she isn’t here right now. Veer asks the doctor about Dilpreet’s condition? The doctor says they need to do surgery for Dilpreet and says they need to pay rs 5 lakhs for it. Rana thinks how can they pay that much money. The doctor says they have to get the money ready by morning. Doctor leaves from there.
Tavleen and Khushwant hear what the doctor said and decides to take this chance. Tavleen comes forward saying she will pay the money. Rana comments on Tavleen and says he doesn’t want their money. Khushwant takes Rana away. Tavleen asks Veer to think about Dilpreet and they can think about the differences later.
