Episode begins with Ram gets into a fight with Dilpreet. Dilpreet says that he is security guard but he also has respect. Ram asks them that what happened. Dilpreet argues with him too. Ram pushes him by mistake.
Doctor tells Maan that results did not change. Aastha asks Maan to not worry because he is not the only one who has two kidneys. She tells him that his family members also have two kidneys. Veer and Amrita comes there. Veer says that Dilpreet and Sanjot suffering and working day and night. He adds that he is ashamed of himself that he is not able to help them. Maan tells him that it’s his responsibility to take care of his parents as elder son. He says that he can’t take risk of their life. Aastha tells him that she is also a doctor and no one will die by donating one kidney.
Guru tells Dilpreet that he did not come to fight. Ram asks Guru to not give any explanation to Dilpreet. Guru says that Dilpreet is kadoos. Amrita comes there and defends Dilpreet. She asks Ram that how can he mistreat Dilpreet. She takes Dilpreet from there. She asks him that if he is ashamed of his work. Dilpreet tells her that she must be ashamed of him.
She takes him to tea stall and tells tea stall owner that Dilpreet is her grandfather. She asks him to make a tea. She buys cookies for Dilpreet. She tells him that he deserves this for the hard work he is doing for the family. She says that he was their hero and he will their hero always. He gets emotional hearing her. Theif tries to escape from the bank. Dilpreet catch him. Theif stabs him.
Doctor informs them that Aastha’s kidney had been matched. Aastha tells Maan that she know he will take care of her and this is her family too. Maan hugs her. Veer joins their hug. Doctor takes Maan to his cabin. He informs him that something is wrong in Amrita’s report. He reveals that Aastha is pregnant. He says that they should not take Aastha’s kidney because it will affect the child too because of her age.
Amrita brings Dilpreet there. Maan recalls all the recent incidents and stands silent. Rana asks Maan that why the latter is standing silently. Sanjot tells Maan to treat Dilpreet. Guru comes there and asks Sanjot that if Dilpreet is fine. Amrita blames Guru. She enters the room. She tells Dilpreet to not worry because they will save the haveli.
Sanjot asks Guru that if he beat Dilpreet up. Guru tells her that he did not. Riya asks him that how can he beat Dilpreet up. Guru tells them that he did not react when Dilpreet beat him up. He says that Dilpreet can’t control his anger. Sanjot scolds him. She says that no one matters for her than Dilpreet.
