Episode begins with Maan gets test reports of Riya. He asks his family that if Riya ever mentioned about chest pain. Dollar says that Riya said two or three times. Maan says that Riya must have felt chest pain from long time. Nimrit asks him that what happened to Riya. Maan reveals that it’s heart block. Nirmit refuses to believe that Riya has heart problem. Aastha says that reports are correct. Veer asks the reason of heart block. Maan says that it could be by birth or overdose of drugs. Dilpreet tells them to talk about solution.
Maan says that they have to perform surgery. Rana tells Maan to do Riya’s surgery. Maan says that he can’t do surgery because he consumed sleeping pill and he is hell tired due to that. Nimrit says that Maan won’t do because Riya is not his daughter and he don’t care about them. Maan tells Rana to call surgeon Jagmohan who was supposed to join their hospital. Rana tells him that he trust the latter only. Dollar says that he and Veer will bring Jagmohan. Sanjot takes Amrita to the house. She gets dreams of Dollar and Rana beating Maan up.
Dollar and Veer reaches the clinic and meets Jagmohan. Dollar tells Jagmohan about Riya’s state. Nurse tells Jagmohan about another patient so Jagmohan goes with Nurse. Other side, Junior doctors talks that only two vacancy is available.
Dollar informs Rana that Jagmohan is busy with another patient. Rana pleads Maan to perform Riya’s surgery. Maan tells him that he is sleepy and he don’t have license to perform surgery in India. Rana convinces him to perform Riya’s surgery.
Aastha gives tea to Maan and tells Maan to not worry. She tells him to stabilize Riya and come out and she will wait for him with strong tea. He tells her that he sees Amrita in Riya. Nimrit says that Maan can’t do Riya’s surgery. Rana sends Maan to operation theater. Nimrit scolds Aastha for sending Maan to the operation theater. Aastha says that she trust Maan. Nimrit says that she don’t trust Maan.
Junior doctor does not inject Riya because he dropped it by mistake. He tells Brar family that Riya is in critical condition due to Maan’s mistake. Rana scolds him for talking like that about Maan. Veer and Dollar brings Jagmohan. Jagmohan enters the operation theater. Nimrit scolds Rana for sending Maan to operation theater. Dollar asks that why they sent Maan when Maan don’t care about Riya. Amrita asks him that how can he talk like this. Veer tells Dollar to calm down.
Jagmohan tells Brar family that Riya went into coma and he can’t tell when she will come out of coma. Nimrit blames Maan for Riya’s state.
