Episode begins with Sanjot tells herself that she forgot to ask where is plain flour and leaves the kitchen. Dilpreet takes the onions and cut in big pieces to help Sanjot. On the other hand, Aastha says that today also no one came. Two ladies comes there. Aastha misunderstands that they came to her clinic. But those ladies says that they came to parlour. Nimrit says that she did not start parlour officially yet but already customers started coming.
Simran mocks Aastha. Amrita tells her that anyone can come for parlour and they can’t wish for patients. She says that Aastha is good doctor. Simran tells her that if Aastha is good then she should ask Rana for work in his hospital. Aastha tells her that she won’t join that hospital until Maan starts practicing again.
Later, Amrita tells Aastha that they can go to patients if they won’t come then. Aastha understands that Amrita is talking about mobile clinic. Sanjot returns and searches onions. She wonders that who cut the onions in big pieces.
Rana gets medicines list which he has to order. Junior doctor asks advice from Rana. Rana locks himself in a room. He says that he end up in big problem and he can’t solve this problem no matter what because it’s not his work. He requests God to help him. Meanwhile, Maan struggles to do farming. He says that he need experience to do this. He learns that he brought wrong plants.
Aastha and Amrita reaches a house. Aastha examines the patient. Patient’s husband comes there and tells his wife that Aastha is Maan’s wife. He says that they don’t want to get treated by Aastha. And says he will take his wife to city for treatment. He throws Aastha and Amrita out of the house.
Client tells Sanjot that everyone is waiting for snacks. She tells her that where she kept the tray. Dilpreet learns that Sanjot will serve too. Sanjot takes snacks tray to the hall. One of the guest collides with Sanjot and the latter drops the tray. Client’s husband scolds Sanjot and orders her to clean it. Dilpreet warns him to not talk like that with Sanjot. He says that it was guest’s mistake.
Client says sorry to Sanjot. Dilpreet tells her that no need of that. He is about to take Sanjot from there. But client stops Sanjot and tells her that she can’t leave without serving. She says that she gave advance because Sanjot agreed to serve. Dilpreet serves everyone. Sanjot feels bad seeing this ( Title song plays in the background ). He wipes her tears. He finishes the work and leaves from there with Sanjot. She asks him to not tell about it to their family members.

Precap – Maan finds the envelope in Rana’s room. Dilpreet comes there and take the envelope from Maan. Rana comes there.
