Episode begins with Dilpreet gets pamphlet of new job. And he decides to do that job. His friend opposes him. Dilpreet tells him that no job is small. He tells him that Sanjot should not know about it. His friend tells him that what if Rana and Maan gets to know about it. Dilpreet tells him that no one will know about it.
On the other hand, Sanjot tells Ram that Guru said the latter want experience. She tells him that she made sweets in the gurudwara and also she got catering orders. She asks him to enquire the people who ate her sweets. She gives sweets to him. She asks him to taste it and take decision. She promises to him that she won’t trouble him again. She says that she don’t want to regret in her life. Ram eats the sweets. He says that taste is good. He tells her to make 10 kg sweets then he will take decision. She thinks that it would have been good if Dilpreet was with her.
In the hospital, Aastha examines a kid. She discuss the case with Maan. Rana wonders that why they don’t know about disease when they are well educated. Aastha finds out that, patient’s heart and lungs are misplaced. Maan tells kid parent that he and Aastha will perform the surgery. Maan taunts Rana. Kid asks Rana that if the latter is useless. He says that he is an adopted kid and everyone scolds him always and they treats his elder brother well.
Guru eats pakode in Sanjot’s house. He tells her to go to Ram’s house like businesswoman. Amrita tells Sanjot that presentation is important nowadays. Guru leaves from there. Dilpreet feel like he saw Guru. Riya and Amrita tells Dilpreet about order.
Kid tells Rana that the latter is also looser like him. He says that no one understands Rana. Aastha comes there and tells Nurse to shift kid to surgery room. Rana learns kid name is Namit. He tells Namit to return soon. He prays to God for Namit. Namit’s mother agrees to donate blood to Namit. Rana consoles Namit’s father.
Sanjot makes sweets with Amrita and Riya’s help. She notices that Dilpreet is roaming and asks him that what is doing. Dilpreet makes an excuse. He notices delivery guy and runs to him. He receives parcel without anyone’s knowledge. He tells his friend that he won’t wear the uniform at home. Amrita tells Sanjot that she trust her. Sanjot tells her that she want to make Dilpreet feel proud. Dilpreet opens the parcel and checks the security uniform. He hope that no one sees him in security uniform.
