The episode starts with Payal coming to meet Deepika. Payal brings Shilpa to the temple and Shilpa tells Deepika that all the staff think that how can it be possible pills in the Shikanji.
Chirag brings Mishka to the house and he continuously asks Neelima where Deepika is. Lavanya tells Chirag that he can ask her for anything . Chirag asks Neelima where Deepika is. Lavanya tells Chirag that his wife has left the house because she has tried to kill Janvi. Lavanya tells Chirag that the blood report of Janvi says that she has been given an overdose of sleeping pills. Chirag tells Lavanya that he doesn’t believe so Lavanya gives the report to Chirag and she tells him that the report has been approved by Mishka. Chirag asks Mishka that she carefully examined the report.
Meanwhile Deepika and Payal come to know that last day Janvi was trying to send Shilpa after Deepika and Janvi was alone in the kitchen. Shilpa tells Deepika that the Shikanji Janvi has drunk was supposed to be Deepika’s. Shilpa tells Deepika that the shikanji she was making for Janvi gets damaged. Deepika thinks that why Janvi was trying to give sleeping pills to her.
Chirag thinks that Janvi has created the whole conspiracy against Deepika. Chirag tells Lavanya that he doesn’t trust on any report and he tries to contact Deepika but her phone is not reachable. Chirag decides to search for Deepika but Mishka tells him that she will not let him go alone and reminds him about the accident. Lavanya tells Chirag that a big problem has left the house and she asks him to bring her anymore. Chirag tells Lavanya that he will not listen to her and he goes to search for Deepika.
Payal tells Deepika that the Shikanji was her and Janvi has mixed the pills on it. Deepika decides that she will not stay quiet and she asks Sawre to help her.
Chirag and Mishka came to search for Deepika in the temple but they didn’t find Deepika. Chirag asks Pandit about Deepika. Pandit ji tells Chirag that Deepika was here in the temple but she went away.
Lavanya makes all the arrangements for the puja. Lavanya asks Ashu where Omkar and Prithvi are. Lavanya tells Janvi to bring the prashad from the kitchen. Deepika catches Janvi and she tells her that she knows about her conspiracy. Janvi tells Deepika that no one will believe her. Deepika tells Janvi that she has proof also and now Shilpa will tell everyone about her. Janvi tells Deepika that she hasn’t mixed anything in her glass. Janvi tells Deepika that she doesn’t want to give the pills to her and Janvi tells Deepika not to tell anyone.
Deepika tells Janvi that she is the culprit of her and she was watching her alone wiping in front of everyone . Deepika reminds Janvi that she knows everything but she was quiet. Janvi tells Deepika that she requests Lavanya not to call the police. Deepika tells Janvi that she never considered her sister.
Janvi requests for mercy on her and she begs Deepika for forgiveness. Deepika tells Janvi that she will only forgive in one condition and that she will speak the whole truth to everyone . Deepika tells Janvi that she will not allow anyone to point fingers at her and her father. Lavanya calls Janvi and Deepika drags Janvi in front of everyone. Lavanya gets angry with Deepika. Lavanya tells Deepika that she has threatened her Bahu and no one will listen to her in this house. Lavanya tries to slap Deepika but she stops her.
