The episode starts with Deepika deciding to take Chandni to Chirag’s hospital because she is continuously crying. The doctor tells Chandni that Chandni’s heart beat is irregular and they will have to admit her now. Deepika waits for the doctor to answer her. The doctor tells Deepika that her child has serious health issues and they will immediately have to do the surgery. The doctor asks Deepika to deposit 5 lakh rupees immediately and they will call the senior surgeon Dr Kejriwal. Shivani decides to call Lavanya but she remembers how Chirag insulted Deepika and that’s why she stopped herself. Baldev informs Siddhant and tells him the whole incident. Dr Kejriwal tells Siddharth to do the surgery immediately because he is not here. Siddhant comes to the hospital and he tells Deepika that he will help her. Chirag comes to the hospital and he decides immediately to do the surgery but the junior doctor tells Chirag that the patient party hasn’t deposited the money yet. Chirag gives his atm to the doctor and reminds him about the oath in which they will have to save the life of the patient and they will not see profit or loss.
Deepika comes to the reception to deposit the money but the junior doctor tells Deepika that the operation has been started and they will not have to pay anything. Deepika prays for Chandni and the doctor tells Deepika that her Chandni is out of danger now. The nurse brings Chandni and Deepika thanks Chirag but Chirag humiliates Deepika in the hospital. Chirag tells Deepika not to call her baby his baby and he walks away.
Chirag gets emotional and he calls Mishka. Chirag sees that Deepika and Siddhant are together. Mishka takes the advantage and he tells Chirag to move on his life and marry her. Chirag tells Deepika that he will marry her.
Lavanya thinks who has tried to steal her baby. Chirag gives Ragini to Lavanya because he wants to go out. Lavanya thinks suspicious about Chirag and she is worried. Lavanya wants Chirag and Deepika together in a month.
Siddhant brings food for Deepika when she is crying alone for her daughter. Deepika tells Siddharth to take rest because he has just got his kemo. Chirag sees that Siddhant and Deepika are together and they are eating food together.
Chirag breaks down emotionally.
Mishka gets ready the next morning for his wedding . Mishka thinks that she has won and defeated Deepika. Chirag gets ready but he is still confused about what to do. Chirag thinks that he can’t forget Deepika but on the other hand he is determined to marry someone else and forget Deepika. Chirag tells Ragini that he will have to marry but Ragini stops him. The weather is bad but Chirag calls a nurse to take care of Ragini.
