The episode starts with Deepika calls Lavanya and informs her about Chirag. Lavanya is shocked. She breaks down. She informs the family that Chirag got shot. The family worries. Inspector asks Deepika not to worry, Mishka can’t get saved from the police. The family reaches the hospital. Lavanya hugs Deepika. Deepika says that Chirag came in between to save her life when Mishka shot at her. She adds that Chirag is in a critical situation, and his operation is going on. Chandu and Ragini want to meet Chirag.
The family members pacify the kids. The inspector assures that he will find Mishka. Deepika thinks she has seen someone in the corridor. Chandu and Ragini pray for Chirag. The doctor informs the family that Chirag is still critical, and the team can’t help him until he gets conscious. Deepika hugs her daughters. She consoles Maa while Jhanvi takes the kids along with her. Mishka reaches there to kill Chirag. She overhears Lavanya and Deepika’s conversation.
Lavanya says that if anything happens to Chirag, then she will also die. Deepika asks her to calm down. She says that she has forgiven Chirag and wants to trust him again. She asks Lavanya to have faith that Chirag will get fine. The family prays for Chirag. Mishka thinks Chirag has no right to live if he doesn’t accept her love. She takes a nurse’s disguise and goes to Chirag’s ward. She recalls his words. She tells that she will show him his right place. She gets angry that he wants to die for Deepika’s sake.
She says that she will kill Chirag first and then end her life. She goes mad. She stabs him, but Deepika comes in time and holds her hand. She slaps Mishka and rebukes her. Mishka praises her intelligence. Deepika and Mishka get into a fight. Mishka angrily tries to stab Deepika. Deepika calls Prithvi and Lavanya. Prithvi gets the police. He gets Mishka arrested. He finds Deepika hurt. Mishka runs to stab Chirag again. Deepika stops him again. Chirag’s family scolds Mishka for her madness.
Lavanya gives Mishka a tight slap when Mishka shouts her love for Chirag. Lavanya reprimands her for attempting to harm Chirag and his daughters. She says that Deepika’s love is selfless. She lectures Mishka on love. She tries to open Mishka’s eyes. Mishka doesn’t think anyone can understand her love for Chirag. She laughs madly. They find her insane. The inspector asks them not to worry, Mishka will not get any bail. Deepika and her family worry for Chirag. The doctor checks Chirag. Chirag gains consciousness.
The doctor says that Chirag is stable now. He asks someone to stay back with Chirag. Deepika agrees to stay. Chirag fears losing Deepika. She tells him that she is okay and she is with him. She asks him why he risks his life for her. He says that he just wants to see her. He expresses his feelings to her and reminds her of their Karwachauth moment. He asks for his return gift.
