The episode starts with Chirag telling Deepika that he is staying because he has no option left and he tells Deepika not to make food for his daughter. Deepika tells Chirag that he can cut the vegetables. Chirag tries to cut the vegetables but his fingers get cut. Deepika shows concern and sends him to sit outside while she makes the food.
Chandni plays with her grandparents and Chandni misses her mother. Omkar and Lavanya get emotional and they hope that Deepika will be back soon in the family .
Deepika feeds the food to Ragini and Ragini tells Chirag to eat also. Ragini insists Deepika to eat but she tells her she will eat later.
Lavanya and Omkar get more emotional after they hear dadu and dadi from Chandni . Lavanya sings lullaby for Chandni so that she can sleep and Chandni goes to sleep after hearing the lullaby. Chandni sleeps between Omkar and Lavanya and they both hope Deepika comes back to the family.
Deepika tells Ragini to go to sleep but Ragini wants to sleep between her SM and daddy. Ragini tells Deepika to sing the lullaby and Deepika starts singing. Chirag remembers his past days when Deepika took care of him.
Chandni has breakfast with Omkar and Lavanya. Neelima learns from Lavanya that there was a curfew in her area and her mother allows to stay with them. Neelima serves chilla to Chandni but she doesn’t like it and Lavanya tells Neelima that Chirag also does not like Chilla. Deepika serves chilla to Ragini which is her favorite also. Lavanya gives jalebi to Chandni which is her favorite.
Deepika serves breakfast to Chirag and Ragini wants to know who she knows that he doesn’t like Chilla. Ragini insists Chirag to have breakfast.
Chandni has fun having breakfast with Lavanya and Lavanya tells her whenever she wants she can come.
Ragini doesn’t want to go home but Deepika convinces her that she can come whenever she wants.
Chandni gives blessings to Omkar and Omkar gives her lots of gifts. Chandni tells Lavanya that she will come soon with her mother. Lavanya tells Chandni not to tell Chirag that SM is here mother. Chandni promises Lavanya that she will do it accordingly.
Chandni comes back home and tells Deepika that Lavanya is her dadi maa now. Chandni shows the gift to Deepika which her grandfather gives her.
Chandni tells Deepika about the hospitality of her dadi’s house. Deepika tells Chandni to keep her gift to her room. Lavanya tells Deepika that Chandu was having fun with them and how much she will have to wait for her return. Deepika tells Lavanya that she and Chirag can’t be together. Ragini comes with Chirag to meet Deepika and he is surprised to see Lavanya. Chirag brings Ragini because she wants to give the card to her. Ragini gives the card to Deepika and says goodbye. Deepika hopes that Chandni doesn’t come back from her room but suddenly Chandni comes running to Chirag and she hugs Ragini. Chandni appreciates Ragini for showing the bravery and she tells Ragini that she spoiled her image. Chirag asks Chandni how her mother handles her and Chandni asks Deepika to answer Chirag that she is a good girl. Chirag is surprised to hear that Chandni calling Deepika her mother.
