The episode starts with Deepika saves the flute and handing it over to Pandit ji . Lavanya tells Janvi to tie the jhula and Neelima tells Deepika to tie the jhula also. Lavanya tells Pandit ji to give blessings to Janvi to get blessed with boy and girl. Neelima tells Pandit ji to give blessings to Deepika also. Pandit ji tells Neelima that Thakur ji has personally blessed Deepika to have twin babies. Deepika gets happy because she has tied the jhula straight. Manorama and Janvi get jealous. Deepika tells Shilpa to take the video and send it to Chirag. Mishka comes to meet everyone. Ashu tells Lavanya that today we are very happy today because they have got the tender of 50 crore. Lavanya tells Ashu to give the file to Janvi to present it to Thakur ji but Ashu gives the file to Deepika. Pandit ji tells everyone to close their eyes and pray to Thakur ji. Pandit ji tells Manorama to close her eyes also and Mishka takes advantage of it. Mishka burns the files. Deepika gets the smell of burning and Deepika extinguishes the fire but the file gets burnt. Lavanya blames Deepika for burning the paper. Deepika tries to justify but Lavanya doesn’t listen to her. Lavanya tells Deepika that she has taken revenge from her and Deepika tells Lavanya that she hasn’t burned the file. Lavanya is determined that she has burned the file and she will kill each and everyone. Lavanya blames Deepika for every incident in the house. Lavanya tells Deepika that she will not accept her. Neelima tells Lavanya that Deepika has saved the file and she asks Ashu if the minister can sign the paper. Ashu tells Neelima that minister will leave for London and they have missed the opportunity. Manorama tells Ganga that she has been cursed in everyone’s life and she will not live her further.
Deepika thinks about how the file gets burnt and she gets the call from Chirag. Deepika picks up the call and she acts in front of Chirag that everything is normal here. Chirag tells Deepika that he will have to keep calm because he will have to do the surgery very carefully. Deepika tells Chirag to stay calm and do the surgery.
Janvi tells Prithvi to come fast for your Karva chauth but Prith tells Janvi that he has lots of work to do. Janvi tells Prithvi that this will hurt for reputation in front of his mother.
Neelima asks Lavanya to call Deepika for the mehndi because it’s Deepika’s first Karva chauth.
Deepika tells her mother that she wants to look like her and she shows the mehndi to her mother.
Janvi tells Neelima that the business gets lost because of Deepika. Lavanya tells Neelima that Deepika doesn’t deserve to stay with them and Janvi agrees with Lavanya.
Chirag comes back home to surprise Deepika. Omkar takes stress and he has blood pressure issues. Chirag learns from Ashu that due to a loss of tender Omkar has the blood pressure increases. Omkar tells Lavanya to concentrate on their Karva chauth.
Deepika gets ready for the karva chauth. Chirag tells Lavanya that she will send Deepika to his father to take care. Lavanya tells Chirag to stay away from his father and she tells Chirag that Deepika has burned the file of the tender. Chirag refuses to accept the allegations against Deepika.
Deepika learns from Shilpa that Omkar is not well and she rushes with the cold pressed.
