The episode starts with Deepika hearing the conversation of Manorama and she asks her why she is demanding 10 lakh rupees from Mishka. Manorama tries to ignore Deepika but she tells her that she knows about her and she is blackmailing Mishka for the money. Manorama asks Deepika to stay away from this matter but Deepika is determined that she will not allow her to meet and take the money. Deepika tells Manorama that she is not afraid of anyone. Lavanya wants to know what’s going on with Deepika’s mind.
Mishka waits for Manorama and she tells Mishka that Nani will not come to meet her. Deepika asks Mishka that Nani is blackmailing her. Mishka tells Deepika that Manorama got evidence against her for showing negligence on the other patient.
Lavanya wants to know why Mishka is begging in front of Deepika .
Lavanya comes and takes Mishka from there. Deepika gets worried because she doesn’t want to get involved in any matter.
Lavanya asks Mishka why she is begging in front of Deepika. Mishka thinks that all the women of Chirag’s family are stupid. Mishka makes a story and she tells Lavanya that Deepika wants her to convince Chirag to leave the house. Lavanya gets angry with Deepika and she thanks Mishka for telling the truth. Mishka thinks that she has created a big misunderstanding between Deepika and Lavanya.
Lavanya fumes in anger and she comes into the house. Lavanya takes a cricket bat and she breaks a dining table. Lavanya tells Deepika that she will not listen to her today and Lavanya continues to break things in anger. Lavanya blames Deepika for every damage in the family and she will not allow her to break her family. Deepika is unaware that Lavanya is showing her the anger and she gives the last warning to Deepika not to lie to her and if she ever tries to break her family. Mishka thinks that she has got another move to throw Deepika out of the house.
Manorama comes to meet Mishka and get the money. Mishka tells Manorama to wait while she brings the cash. Manorama gets happy and she waits for the cash. Mishka tells Manorama that she has mixed medicine on her tea which will bring a heart attack to her. Manorama withdraws her idea to blackmail and Mishka deletes the video from the phone. Mishka tells Manorama if she ever tries to blackmail her then she will kill her.
Mishka comes to meet Lavanya and she brings the coffee for Chirag. Mishka plans to get the advantage of yesterday’s issue. Mishka gets jealous to see Chirag and Deepika and she drops the coffee. Deepika tries to help Mishka but Lavanya tells her to stay back. Chirag tells Lavanya that she always shows her anger at Deepika but Deepika convinces Chirag not to fight. Chirag leaves for the hospital and Mishka tells Lavanya that she will always help her and she will not let Chirag listen to Deepika. Chirag thanks Mishka for coming.
Mishka brings Deepika to the hospital and she tells Deepika that Lavanya hates her. Deepika tells Mishka that it’s her house matter and she wants to leave. Mishka tells Deepika that she has brought her to help her to conceive. Deepika tells Mishka that she is very happy to get help from her.
