The episode starts with Deepika asking Lavanya that she doesn’t know why Chirag has told her to go and that’s why she will go to the medical camp to ask the reason. Lavanya gives the responsibility to Prithvi to protect Deepika from Chirag’s anger and sought out the issue between Deepika and Chirag.
Chirag distributes the batches among nurses and doctors and he explains the safety measures to them. Deepika and Prithvi ask Chirag to give them a batch also because they will also help him.
Lavanya is worried about Deepika and Chirag and she tells Omkar that Chirag is ignoring Deepika. Omkar tells Lavanya that Thakur ji will help them and soon everything will be fine. Omkar tells Lavanya to calm and have her favourite biryani.
Deepika helps Chirag in his medical camp and suddenly Deepika feels restless but Chirag helps her to fall down. Mishka gets jealous to see Chirag showing concern to Deepika. Prithvi tells Chirag that he has insulted Deepika and he has forgotten that Deepika is pregnant. Prithvi asked the reason and Chirag is speechless. Chirag tells Prithvi that he can’t tell the reason to anyone.
Chirag comes to his cabin with his wounded hands. Mishka is happy and she comes to first aid. Mishka drops the scissors to grab the attention on divorce papers. Mishka takes the paper and she tells Chirag that Deepika wants to give him divorce. Chirag is shocked and feels hurt. Mishka tries to instigate Chirag’s anger so that he signs the paper. Mishka tells Chirag to tell his family about the child. Chirag tells Mishka that he will not tell anything to anyone and he will wait for Deepika to give the explanation. Chirag tells Mishka that he loves Deepika and he is ready to accept the cheating from her. Chirag tells Mishka that he cares a lot for Deepika’s reputation but Mishka wants Deepika to get insulted and Chirag exposes the truth. Chirag promised himself to protect Deepika.
