The episode starts with Deepika asking the security guard to take Ragini with her and she gives the number to him to inform if her parents come to pick her up. Chirag gets angry and he tells her to bring his daughter. Deepika picks up the call and Chirag takes the phone. Chirag tells bring back his daughter and Ragini speaks him over the phone. Ragini tells Chirag to stop getting angry at her teacher. Chirag takes the address and leaves to pick up Ragini. Deepika decides to drop Ragini back school. Chirag comes to pick up Ragini and he finds the house is closed. Deepika brings Ragini back to school and the principal starts yelling at the security guard for misleading them. Chirag gets a call and he returns back to school. Deepika leaves Ragini back to school and leaves but Ragini asks her to wait but Deepika leaves because she has to take care of her Chandni also. Deepika feels curious whenever she leaves Ragini.
Deepika feeds Chandni and suddenly Deepika starts coughing badly. Chandni gets upset and she tells Chandni that someone is missing her very badly and that’s why she starts coughing. Chandni hugs her mother and requests her to visit the doctor. Deepika gives the example of Baldev and he also starts coughing. Deepika and Baldev fool Chandni and Chandni asks Deepika who was missing her .
Ragini tells Lavanya about her teacher who she cares for. Lavanya tries to show the picture of Deepika but Chirag comes at the same time. Chirag is about to see the dna report but he walks away.
Chandni tells Baldev that she is hungry and Baldev goes to bring the food. Chandni takes her piggy bank and prays Thakur ji that she will take the piggy bank to the doctor to take the medicine. Chandni breaks the piggy bank and takes it to meet Dr Chirag.
Chirag discusses a surgery with Mishka and suddenly Chandni enters the cabin. Chandni tells Chirag that she has come to take the medicine of her mother from him. Chandni asks Mishka to hold her bag and she takes the file out of her mother. Mishka snatches the file from Chandni’s hand and Chandni wants her file back. Mishka tears the file so that Chirag doesn’t see the name. Chirag tells Chandni that he will buy her the medicine but for the check up she will have to bring her mother. A nurse informs Chirag that the patient party wants to meet him. Mishka tells Chirag that she will bring the medicine for her mother but Chandni doesn’t want to take the medicine from Mishka’s hand. Chandni waits for Mishka to bring the medicine and she goes to sleep. Mishka comes back with the medicine and she plans something dangerous this time. Mishka wakes up Chandni and gives the medicine. Chandni kisses Mishka and thanks her.
Baldev and Deepika search for Chandni and she comes back home with the medicine. Chandni apologises to Deepika and Deepika gets angry . Chandni tells Deepika that she went to meet Chirag to take her medicine and she shows the medicine to her. Deepika learns from Chandni that Chirag has prescribed the medicine and he didn’t read the name because the paper gets torn. Deepika learns from Chandni that Chirag has given the medicine and she tells Chandni that she will not take anything from anyone without paying. Chandni gives the medicine to Deepika and asks her to take it.
Mishka thinks that Deepika will die after taking the medicine. Deepika takes the medicine and she feels some changes happening in her body.
