The episode starts with the nurse telling Deepika that Dr Chirag is a very good doctor and a good husband. Chirag tells the nurse that he was doing his job and he walks away. Deepika stops Chirag and thanks him for saving her. Chirag drags Deepika at the gate of the car.
Chandni wakes up Ragini in the car and Ragini tells Chandni why she disturbed her. Ragini asks Mannat to say sorry to her and her car. Chandni gives ladoo to Ragini but she throws it away.
Chirag shows his anger at Deepika by telling everyone she is his wife. Deepika shows the paper to Chirag and reminds him that he has signed and proved. Chirag tells Deepika that it was a hospital procedure so don’t ask for a favour. Deepika reminds Chirag about their marriage and she still believes that he is her husband. Chirag smiles and he tells her that she has left him. Chirag sits in the car and he calls Deepika fake. Deepika tells Chirag that he forces her to leave him.
Omkar and Ragini put a poster for the competition. Ragini tells Omkar that she must tell SM to participate in the competition. Omkar tells Ragini if they directly tell SM to participate then she will not participate. Ragini and Omkar hide themselves because they heard Chandni and Baldev are coming. Chandni sees the poster and she learns about the competition. Chandni rushed to inform her mother and Deepika is in deep thought about what Chirag told her. Deepika’s hand gets burnt and Chandni wash her hands. Chandni shows the poster to Deepika and she is surprised to see the price money. Chandni and Baldev hope Deepika will win the competition and from prize money they will do the treatment of her mother . Deepika agrees to participate on Chandni’s request.
Mishka tells Chirag that he is still hurting himself. Chirag tells Mishka that he was accidentally at that hospital and he is not hurting himself. Chirag wants to drop Mishka at her home but she wants to go to Chirag’s residence to get her important documents. Mishka starts searching for the dna report in Chirag’s room and Ragini asks Mishka what she is doing in her father’s room without anyone’s permission. Mishka pushes Ragini in anger and she starts crying. Chirag comes into the room and Ragini tells Chirag that Mishka aunty is taking his important files. Mishka shows Chirag that it is his old file and Ragini takes the file from Mishka’s hand. Ragini keeps the file in his drawer.
Omkar and Ashu thank the organiser for the competition. Omkar and Ashu plan to get Deepika and Chirag together in the competition.
Chirag asks Shilpa where everyone is. Shilpa tells Chirag that she doesn’t know anything. Chirag sees the card and he learns that everyone has gone to see the competition. Mishka confirms that Deepika is also in the competition.
The Mittal family watches Deepika entering the competition and Deepika remembers her past. Deepika decides to leave but Chandni supports her. Deepika decides to participate in the competition and Chirag also comes on the competition. Ragini wants to go to meet her father but Omkar stops her. Deepika faces Chirag in the competition.
