The episode starts with Mishka hitting herself and giving the blame to Deepika so that she can gain sympathy from Chirag. Mishka starts her drama and she tells Chirag that she has called Deepika because she couldn’t see him in pain. Chirag accepts that he has taken her to the hospital because he is still taking care of her . Deepika tries to justify but Chirag can’t trust her. Chirag tells Deepika that it was a one sided love and why she is harming his best friend. Deepika tries to tell the truth to Chirag about Mishka but Chirag doesn’t want to listen to anything. Chirag asks Deepika to go. Mishka hugs Chirag in front of Deepika and she shows her evil smile.
Deepika walks through the deserted road all alone thinking why Chirag has left her for Mishka who tries to kill her baby. Deepika starts getting pain and she asks a lady to help her. The lady took Deepika to the hospital. The goon is surprised to see Deepika alive and he decides to inform Mishka.
Chirag does the bandages of Mishka. Chirag tells Mishka that he doesn’t believe Deepika is changed now. Mishka gets the call of goon and Mishka asks him to go. Chirag wishes Mishka and he leaves. Mishka learns from the goon that Deepika is alive. Mishka tells the goon not to do anything to Deepika because she will handle her.
Deepika comes to the hospital and the nurse informs Dr Sikha. The nurse also informs Lavanya about Deepika’s conditions. Deepika faints in the bed. Mishka arrives with an injection to inject Deepika but Deepika somehow manages to save herself. The nurse heard the cries of Deepika and came to help her. Dr Sikha arrives and sees the conditions of Deepika. Dr Sikha gets ready for the delivery and she asks Deepika to co-operate.
Omkar and Lavanya are ready to go and they ask Chirag to go with him but Chirag is determined that he will not see Deepika anymore.
Omkar and Lavanya are worried and they ask Dr Sikha and she tells them that Deepika is having complications. Dr Sikha tells Lavanya that Deepika’s heart is failing and they have the choice to save the baby or mother. Lavanya tells Dr Sikha that she wants her daughter and her babies safe.
Chirag gets restless and he goes to the temple to pray. Chirag prays Thakur ji to fix everything in his life.
Mishka is happy and she dances in joy because Deepika’s life is in danger and soon she will be no more in this world along with the babies.
Dr Sikha asks Deepika to push and Deepika has been blessed with twins.
Chirag feels relaxed after praying Thakur ji.
The nurse informs Lavanya that Deepika is safe now and the babies are also safe. Omkar and Lavanya are happy because they have been blessed with twin granddaughters.
