The episode starts with Deepika and Chirag’s arguing in the store room. Chirag tells Deepika that he hopes that Chandu will tell DM that he will stay with her father and he will give everything to Chandu which she has not given her. Deepika panic and starts coughing. Meanwhile Lavanya enjoys the games with Ragini and Chandu.
Prithvi learns that Janvi got a job in London and he tells her not to go to London. Janvi tells Prithvi that she has no reason to stay here. Chirag tells Lavanya to open the gate and Chirag lifts Deepika on his arms. Mishka tries to see Deepika but Chirag pushes her.
Chirag brings Deepika in the hospital and she is out of danger. Chirag asks the doctor about the report and the doctor states that Deepika has a heart failure issue. Chirag learns from the doctor that Deepika had this problem for 5 years. Chirag assures Ragini and Chandu that nothing will happen to their mother. Chirag learns from Baldev that Deepika is having this problem since the delivery time. Chirag blames Siddhant for not taking care of Deepika and Baldev tells Chirag that Siddhant is Deepika’s brother. Omkar tells Chirag that Baldev is right that Deepika’s husband left her with the children and ran away. Omkar tells Chirag to realise his past mistakes.
Mishka gets paranoid and starts breaking things in her house. Mishka plans to kill Deepika along with Ragini and Chandu. Mishka orders the goon to kill Deepika’s daughter.
Chirag remembers that Chandu always wanted him to meet her mother for the check up and he sits beside Deepika. Chirag tells Deepika to take a rest and everything is fine. Ragini and Chandu come to meet Deepika and they show a card. Chandu tells Deepika that she does not take care of herself and always irritates Sawre. The nurse agrees with Chandu and she tells her that she is like her father. Omkar and Neelima are about to leave the hospital because Janvi is all alone. Chandu and Ragini don’t want to go but Deepika convinces them to go. Chirag tells Deepika that she will not stay alone and Ragini and Chandu will also stay. Mishka comes to the hospital to take revenge from her.
Janvi starts packing her bag and Prithvi gets irritated. Prithvi tells Janvi that she can’t go to London. Janvi wants to know where he has been. Prithvi tells Janvi that he was in the hospital to see Deepika. Janvi gets insecure with Prithvi and she decides to go. Janvi tells Prithvi that she has no one here and she has decided to take the step. Neelima comes and stops Prithvi. Neelima wants to know what’s going on Janvi and Prithvi. Prithvi tells Janvi that everyone cares for her and he stops her.
Mishka comes in the nurse uniform in Deepika’s cabin and she inject a medicine on Deepika’s saline water. Ragini sees that Mishka has done something with her mother and she calls Chirag. Ragini tells Chirag that aunty has mixed something in her mother’s saline. Chirag tells Ragini and Chandu to go and he starts the check up. Chirag finds that Deepika is absolutely fine and he waits for her to wake up.
