The episode starts with Ganga gives medicine to Amma ji. Ganga tells Amma ji that she will have to take a medicine after one hour and she has kept the medicine on the table. Amma ji asks Ganga about herself. Ganga tells Amma ji to bless her so that she can stay strong. Kirti tells Amma ji not to bless Ganga because Ganga is an illiterate girl and she can take revenge of Abhay from her. Amma ji tells Kirti that she must know how to behave with Ganga. Kirti tells Amma ji that she must start taking medicine from Kirti Bhabi. Ganga tells Kirti that she is her only bhabi and after that Ritu is her bhabhi. Ganga tells Kirti that after her marriage she will only stay in this house. Kirti tells Ganga that’s why she doesn’t want to call her bhabhi. Kirti tells Ganga that Abhay has kept an arrangement of Kul Devi Puja in the temple and he has called everyone to join the puja. Kirti tells Amma ji to get ready for the puja and she hides the medicine.
Abhay and Sakshi get ready for the puja and they go to sit in the car but Ganga is already sitting in the car. Sakshi tells Ganga to get out of the car and gives the medicine to Amma ji on time. Kirti tells Ganga that she has forgotten to give the medicine to Amma ji. Sakshi tells Kirti that she will go to give the medicine to Amma ji.
Sakshi starts searching for the medicine and Kirti gives the medicine to her. Sakshi tells Kirti to chill and she will handle everything. Ganga thinks that she can defeat Sakshi anytime but now it’s her first priority to give medicine to Amma ji. Ganga moved out of the car and she went to search for the medicine.
Sakshi gives the Dholak and Manjira to Ganga and she asks her to play it in the temple. Sakshi locks Ganga in the room and she goes away with the medicine. Abhay comes to see Sakshi and she tells Abhay that she has come to take the medicine.
Sakshi gives the medicine to Amma ji and she promises to take care of her. Hema tells Amma ji to take the medicine. Amma ji takes the medicine and Hema thanks Sakshi. Hema takes Amma ji with her in the car and they leave for the puja.
Ganga opens the window and sees that Sakshi is going with Abhay in the car. Ganga decides to give a shocking surprise to Sakshi.
Everyone gathers in the temple and Abhay Sakshi comes forward for the puja. Amma ji and Kalyani are upset.
Ganga decides to choose a way to seek her issue and she jumps from the window with the help of a saree. Ganga wants to reach the temple but she gets no help from anyone. Ganga looks everywhere but she doesn’t get any help but suddenly she asks to help the groom and she wants the horse from him. Ganga tells the groom’s mother to help her otherwise some other woman will take place with her husband. The groom gets ready to give the horse and Ganga sits on it.
