The episode starts with Kalyani gets a call from the shelter home that they has arranged a room and she can bring that woman. Ganga tells Kalyani that she is ready to go wherever she wants but she makes a request to Kalyani not to do the amendment. Ritika slams Ganga that she wants more money to leave this house. Ganga tells Ritika that she doesn’t want money. Amma ji takes the medicine because Kalyani missed giving her the dosage and she consumed the wrong medicine. Ganga hears that Amma ji has fallen on the bed and she comes to help her. Ganga learns from Amma ji that she has taken the wrong medicine. Ganga tells Amma ji to vomit the medicine but she fails to do that due to which Amma ji’s health got worse.
Hema tells Akshay that we are getting late for the train and she forces him to leave immediately. Mama gets information from the corporation and he asks his informer to send the proof. Akshay tells Ritu that she has told him to marry and now he is going with his mother. Ritu tries to go with Akshay but Lalita stops her. Akshay tells Ritu why she is thinking of going with him. Hema tells Ritu to leave them because she doesn’t believe in love. Ritu leaves the hand of Akshay and takes the blessings of Lalita. Ritu tells Lalita that if she finds any connection with Akshay with the Kashyap then they will lose that rich guy. Lalita tells Ritu to go with them. Mama gives the information to Lalita that her instinct was right and Kalyani has two children. Lalita runs to stop Ritu and she tells Hema that she knew everything about her. Ritika tells Kalyani that she is happy because she is sending Ganga from the house. Kalyani remembers that she has missed giving the medicine to Amma ji and she hears that Amma ji is not well. Kalyani rushed to see Amma ji and she saw Amma ji lying on the bed. Ganga tells Kalyani that Amma ji has taken the wrong medicine. Ganga tells Kalyani that she vomits the medicine from Amma ji’s throat. Abhay tells Kalyani that not to get worried because Amma ji has not consumed the medicine.
Lalita blackmails Hema that she knows about her and she has stolen the son of Kalyani Kashyap. Hema denies the allegations and she tells Lalita not to stop her because she wants to visit Vaishnodevi . Lalita tells Hema that if she leaves for the railway station then she will go to the police station.
Abhay tells Kalyani that Amma ji is fine now and he asks her to give Amma ji a fresh orange juice. Kalyani and Ritika went to get the juice. Abhay decides to tell the truth to his mother about Sakshi. Abhay tells Kalyani that he wants to talk to her about something. Kalyani learns from Abhay that he has sent Sakshi to meet her because he loves Sakshi. Kalyani gets angry with Abhay because she hates love marriage. Abhay tells Kalyani that he has shared his feelings for Sakshi.
